What a wonderful surprise from Matt Riley! He is one of the attendees from the Ohio conference and he has written a song based on the teachings from that weekend. You can listen to it here. The lyrics follow in case you want to sing along:
NO MORE HIDING
[Verse 1]
In the garden, heard Your voice
Walking in the cool of day
But fear crept in where love once lived
And I ran and hid away
Naked, broken, redefined
By the falling of my soul
But You're still calling through the trees
"Where are you?" - You want me whole
[Chorus]
I don't want to live in fear
Building walls to keep You out
Don't take me from this broken world
Keep me safe - that's what You're about
No more ghetto, no more siege
No more boxes tied with bows
I'm trading fear for flowing grace
In Your presence, freedom grows
[Verse 2]
One talent buried in the ground
'Cause I didn't really know
The character of who You are
Your love, Your grace, Your glow
Unbelief has made me hide
Religion dressed in fancy clothes
But it's just my fallen heart
Worshipping what I suppose
[Chorus]
I don't want to live in fear
Building walls to keep You out
Don't take me from this broken world
Keep me safe - that's what You're about
No more ghetto, no more siege
No more boxes tied with bows
I'm trading fear for flowing grace
In Your presence, freedom grows
[Bridge]
You prayed, "Don't take them out
But Father, keep them safe"
If Jesus intercedes for me
Why should I be afraid?
Break through my facade
Tear down my hiding place
Let me know who You really are
Overwhelm me with Your grace
[Verse 3]
No more projection, no more shrines
To my broken, fallen state
Time to deal with fear and doubt
Step into communion, straight
You empower from within
Not by retreat but by Your light
Sending me into the world
Armed with truth to win the fight
[Final Chorus]
I don't want to live in fear
Building walls to keep You out
Don't take me from this broken world
Keep me safe - that's what You're about
No more religion, no more chains
No more fear that takes control
Just unbroken communion, Lord
As Your grace begins to flow
[Outro]
Your grace just flows and flows and flows
Your grace just flows and flows
In that place there's true freedom
Your grace just flows and flows
