O Sacred Heart of Jesus,
fountain of mercy and boundless love,
I place my trust in You.
Draw me into the shelter of Your Heart,
where wounds become wells of grace
and burdens are made light.
Cleanse me of all that keeps me far from You;
kindle in me a flame that never fades.
Teach me to love as You love—
with patience, with compassion, with joy.

With a heart full of thanks, I lift my voice to You.

For the gift of life, for the breath in my lungs,

for the love of family and friends, I praise You.

Thank You for guiding me through trials,

for the light You shine in moments of darkness,

and for the quiet peace that comes from trusting in You.

The Feast of Corpus Christi invites us to celebrate the presence of Christ in the Eucharist. Let us take this day and thank Jesus for this greatest gift of love.
Oh Lord Jesus Christ, we come before You today, we thank You for the gift of Your Holy Body and Blood through which we are strengthened in body, soul, and mind. We solemnly pledge that we will offer You our undivided love and service to our brothers and sisters as it is Your Holy will. June 6, 1944, the Allied troops stormed the beaches of Normandy and began the long task of liberating Europe. In that one day, nearly 5000 Allied troops were reported lost, wounded or killed to defend freedom and democracy. Even though it's 82 years later and the rest of those brave souls have passed on, it is imperative that we remember and commemorate their contributions to the lives we lead today.
