Tender Notice

Assumption Parish Bay de Verde

Church and Parish Hall Exterior Repair.

Assumption Parish is accepting sealed tenders ,from qualified contractors for repair work on both the Church and Parish Hall In Bay de Verde,NL.

Scope Of Work

Church Repairs

To replace tyvek and siding on the north and south side of the church and an area on one of the lower steeples. To replace window glass, in one window, on the eastern side of church.

Parish Hall repairs

Replacement of Tyvek and siding, on south side of parish hall.

Repair of eaves and replacement of soffit on western side of parish hall.

Tender Requirements

Tender will be closed at 2pm on Wednesday, May 13 th 2026.

The successful applicant must be able to complete the work within a suitable and agreed upon timeframe.

Successful Applicants MUST hold valid builders insurance and provide proof of such.

All bids must include the total project cost including; Materials labor and equipment rentals.



Submission Details

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Church and Hall Repairs”
