Grab your bandana and dust off your boots! We are headed west to Wonder Junction where kids will discover the wonder of who Jesus is. They'll marvel at the Creator of the universe who came to earth as a tiny baby and was laid in a feeding trough for animals, who grew up and began his ministry of healing people and demonstrating his power as God the Son, who gave his life in payment for sin, who conquered death, and who will return one day in power and glory. They will be encouraged to embrace the salvation Jesus offers and challenged to live for his glory as we wait for his return.

See, I have written your name on the palms of My hands.

What does a mother want most?

Mothers want their children healthy and safe. They want peace in the home. They want their kids to make good choices, use their time wisely, and grow up loving the Lord.

The greatest wish many mothers had, was that their children would serve God.

Hagar, Moses’ mother, Hannah, and Sarah,you see the same thing in all of them. A mother will sacrifice almost anything for her child.

This mother and child bond has God’s signature on it. He created it.

Isaiah 49 says,
“Can a mother forget her nursing child?… Even if that were possible, I would not forget you.”

God compares His love for us to a mother’s love because it’s one of the strongest loves we know.

If you’re wondering what your mom really wants most from you, it probably isn’t expensive gifts.

Love her, Respect her, Spend time with her.
And the greatest gift you can give her: serve the Lord while you’re young.
