WELCOME TO KNOX AYR! GIVE THANKS!

Knox’s Worship Team will be collecting non-perishable food items this Sunday in honour of Thanksgiving and next Sunday in honour of World Food Sunday. Food can be taken to the front of the sanctuary before the service. The food will be delivered after service to It Takes a Village.

This Sunday is the Eighteenth Sunday after Pentecost and we celebrate Thanksgiving.

This Sunday is the second of the "Questions of Faith Series". Today's topic is "Is There A Cost to Gratitude?"

The morning begins with choir practice at 9:30 a.m.

The worship service begins at 10:30 a.m.

Children are always invited to worship. After a Time With Young Worshippers, the children go to the upstairs classroom for Adventures With God. There is also material at the PrayGround area for children to use during the service.

Everyone is invited for refreshments after the service in the Fellowship Hall.

During this month of October, we are collecting donations for "Nutrition For Learning". Visit their website at www.nutritionforlearning.ca to find out more about this charity.

This Sunday is the Sixteenth Sunday after Pentecost.

It is also Orange Shirt Sunday in recognition of National Orange Shirt Day on Tuesday, September 30th. We encourage you to wear your orange shirt to worship September 28th if you choose.

The morning begins with choir practice at 9:30 a.m.

The worship service begins at 10:30 a.m. and our worship leader will be Tammy Oswick.

Children are always invited to worship. After a Time With Young Worshippers, the children go to the upstairs classroom for Adventures With God. There is also material at the PrayGround area for children to use during the service.

Everyone is invited to our Fall Pot-luck Lunch after the service in the Fellowship Hall. We ask the congregation to bring a hot or cold main dish if you are able; the Fellowship Team will provide desserts and beverages. We also ask everyone to bring their own plates and utensils. Thank you.
