Wow, God
has certainly blessed Arkona Baptist Church... The Town of Arkona is celebrating 150 year anniversary, it is gonna be so exciting. And we are participating. We have a bake sale at 8 o'clock. at the Home Hardware parking lot!!!! here is a few pictures of all the baked goods that are going to be there. Abundance overflowing, also, if you are interested in looking at quilts, you have to come to Arkona Baptist Church we are displaying quilts, and are they ever displaying them!!! Here is a few pictures of that...Come to Arkona we have so much to see !!!

Nancy Aitken and l were baking all day for Arkona Baptist Church Bake sale on Saturday...Hope to see you there Starts at 8...Arkona Home Hardware parking lot...Join us...come early...then head over to our Church to see all the beautiful Quilts on display...

Thank You Bryan Aitken for your wonderful sermon today on 2nd Kings 1 vs 1-17...
It was a great message of how God is always sending us signs to follow or action and how we sometimes miss the point...
I also wanted share how l received a Sign from God just yesterday...l was a delegate for CBOQ Assembly this year it was held at Brock University in St Catherine's....it is a very big campus, and for me it was very easy to get lost...l was trying to get to my morning workshop on time and l got lost...l was angry with myself l was nervous and anxious...l checked the Brock map and l worked out a plan of how l was going to get where l was supposed to be..so l went thru one building to get to another building and when l stepped outside...there on the hill was a deer...a beautiful deer..looking at me as l was looking at it...and then l calmed down...said to myself, Nancy, God's got you!! remember that...and l managed to find my way with time to spare...There was no doubt in my mind that deer was a sign from God for me...if you have ever been to Brock University...there are buildings and buildings and cement parking lots galore...and in there some how a deer appeared...how..l got pictures..there were over 500 people there and as far as l know no one else saw that deer...Signs...look for them...God is Good!!
