It's almost here! Community Yard Sale Day is coming up on Saturday! Here are the details:

- There is still time to sign up to sell your stuff - contact [email protected]

- New Hope Bikes will be there fixing bikes and giving tips on safety. Also, welcoming donations of bicycles for those in our community who could use an affordable bike. New Hope will fix them up and make sure they get a good home.

- Ancaster Community Services - bring non perishable items to support your local foodbank.

Our youth group went to AOYC (All Ontario Youth Convention) this past weekend and had an awesome experience! The worship was both thoughtful and energetic, the speakers were inspiring, and we had lots of opportunity to reflect and learn together. There were 600 youth there, deepening their relationships and their faith. Thanks so much, AOYC!

Mothering is hard and filled with joy and pain. On this Mother's Day, we celebrate mothers, grandmothers, aunts, role models, and guardians who love and care for others in a mothering way. We also grieve with those who grieve because relationships are fragile and with life comes loss.

Thank you God, for mothers. Thank you for their kindness and grace. And thank you for being a perfect parent. Comfort our hearts when we grieve and as we long for a time when all our tears will be washed away. Bless us and our mothers in Jesus' name. Amen.
