In 1 Kings 18:1-15, Elijah obeys God's command to confront King Ahab despite the danger it brings. At the same time, Obadiah remains faithful to God in a difficult and hostile environment. Both men demonstrate that true faith is not the absence of fear, but the courage to obey God in the midst of it.
