God, grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change,
the courage to change the thing I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time,
enjoying one moment at a time;
accepting hardship as a pathway to peace;
taking, as Jesus did,
this sinful world as it is,
not as I would have it;
trusting the You will make all things right
if I surrender to Your will;
so that I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with You forever in the next.
Amen.

Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners-of whom I am the worst.
1 Timothy 1:15

In the Bible, the olive branch symbolizes peace, renewal, reconciliation, and hope. The olive branch is featured in several biblical stories, including:
Noah's Ark
After the flood, a dove returns to Noah with an olive branch in its beak, signifying the end of the flood and the start of a new era. Since then, the olive branch has been a symbol of “peace” to the world, and we often hear the expression, “extending an olive branch” to another person as a desire for peace.
The Bible mentions olive trees and olive oil around 200 times. Olive oil was used to anoint kings, priests, and prophets, and symbolized God's choice of these individuals for holy purposes.
The olive tree is one of the most frequently mentioned plants in the Bible. It can represent Jesus' Jewish roots, the relationship between Jews and Gentiles, and God's plan of salvation.
