Registration is now open for the 2026 Women's Fall Retreat! We are excited to gather together for a weekend of inspiration, connection, and spiritual growth. Please review the registration details below. 😊
Women’s Ministries Fall Retreat
(Camp Hope)

Early Bird Accommodation & Meals:
2 to a Room (Sharing 1 bed) - $220/- per person (includes 5 meals) – availability – 12
3 to a Room (Sharing 2 beds) - $200/- per person (includes 5 meals) – availability – 165
4 to a Room (Sharing 3 beds) - $180/- per person (includes 5 meals) – availability – 16
2 to a Bunkhouse (Sharing 2 beds) - $170/- per person (includes 5 meals) – availability – 20
3 to a Bunkhouse (Sharing 3 beds) - $160/- per person (includes 5 meals)
Registration plus Lunch and Supper on Sabbath - $80/- per person
Registration plus 5 meals - $100/- per person
Please call Can at ext. 325 to register 4 to-a-room. When you register, please have the names of the three friends who will be sharing the room with you.
(Add extra $20/- after the early bird registration date of Wednesday, August 26, 2026. Early-bird pricing does not apply to Sabbath-only registrants.)
Registration deadline: Tuesday, September 8, 2026. If you register after this date, Camp Hope charges a late fee of $35/- for meals. For any clarification, please call the Conference Office (604-853-5451 ext. 325).
** Please note that you will need to bring your own bedding for the bunkhouse. The bathroom is located outside and is shared.
** If you have any dietary restrictions, please bring additional food items, as Camp Hope is unable to provide complete vegan or gluten-free meals. Shared refrigerators are available for storing personal food.

Programme to start on Friday, September 18 with Registration starting at 3:00 pm and end on Sunday, September 20, right after Brunch.
