SUNDAY SERVICE RECAP SHAKAWE
MESSAGE: SIGNATURE OF GOD

2 Corinthians 12:12
“Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, in signs, and wonders, and mighty deeds.

Paul is saying that his ministry was authenticated by evidence of God's power, not merely by words or titles.
There were three major evidences:

1. Patience:enduring trials and remaining faithful.

2. Signs and wonders: supernatural manifestations of God's power.

3. Mighty deeds: works that demonstrated God's ability through the ministry.

A signature proves who signed a document. Likewise, God's signature upon a ministry is demonstrated through the fruit, character, power, and transformation that accompany it.Paul did not simply say, “I am an apostle.” His life and ministry provided evidence.

Don't only carry the title, carry the evidence.God's signature should be visible through:

Character
Faithfulness
Power
Changed lives
Signs and wonders
Fruit that glorifies Christ

And importantly signs are not the foundation of our faith, Jesus Christ is. The evidence should always point people back to Him.

Father, let Your signature be evident upon my life and ministry. Let my character, faithfulness, works, and spiritual fruit testify that I belong to You. May every manifestation of Your power point people to Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Come and encounter the SIGNATURE OF GOD upon your life!Where God’s presence leaves a mark, lives are transformed.

NEHEMIAH was very pained about the fallen walls of Israel and Temple , yet those who were staying in the fallen Israel where just fine and saw nothing wrong with it.

God doesn't give you the change you need because you are too comfortable in the mess you are staying in. God used Nehemiah because he wasn't comfortable, he wanted restoration!!!!

I am here to glorify the name of the Lord..I have been failing my exams and family friends and neighbors will be laughing at me, saying they wonder why I waste time trying to excel in my studies cause it's shows that I am not brilliant. I bought abracadabra salt and sat for my exams. I am here to testify about the goodness of the Lord , I passed and those who have been laughing at me they came to apologize.

DAY 12/12 FASTING AND PRAYER

Matthew 24:42
“Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come.”

Matthew 24 contains Jesus' teaching about the destruction of the temple, the signs of the end times, His second coming, and the importance of being spiritually prepared.

Jesus tells His disciples that the magnificent temple in Jerusalem will eventually be destroyed. When they ask Him about the signs of His coming and the end of the age, Jesus warns them about false prophets, false messiahs, wars, rumors of wars, famines, earthquakes, persecution, betrayal, and increasing wickedness.

Jesus also teaches that the Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, and then the end will come. He warns believers not to be deceived by people claiming to be Christ or announcing that His coming has already happened.

Jesus describes His return as sudden and visible, like lightning that flashes across the sky. No one knows the exact day or hour except the Father. Therefore, believers must remain watchful and ready.

The chapter concludes with the Parable of the Faithful and Wicked Servants. The faithful servant remains responsible and obedient while waiting for his master's return, while the wicked servant becomes careless and abusive because he thinks the master is delayed.

Prayer Points

1. Pray for spiritual alertness so that you will not be deceived by false teachers or false prophets.

2. Ask God to strengthen your faith during difficult and uncertain times.

3. Pray for grace to remain faithful when facing persecution, rejection, or opposition.

4. Ask God to help you continue preaching and sharing the Gospel with others.

5. Pray that your love for God will not grow cold because of increasing wickedness around you.

6. Ask God to give you wisdom and discernment concerning the signs of the times.

7. Pray for grace to live holy and faithfully while waiting for the return of Jesus.

8. Ask God to make you a faithful and wise servant, ready whenever the Lord comes.

DAY 11/12 FASTING AND PRAYER

Matthew 23:12
For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.

Matthew 23 contains Jesus' strong warning against hypocrisy, pride, and religious self-righteousness. Jesus addresses the crowds and His disciples concerning the scribes and Pharisees.

Jesus acknowledges that the scribes and Pharisees taught the Law of Moses, but He warns the people not to imitate their behavior, because they taught rules that they themselves did not practice. They desired recognition, public honor, and positions of importance.

Jesus repeatedly pronounces “woe” upon them because of their hypocrisy. They were preventing people from entering God's Kingdom, making converts who became even more spiritually lost, focusing on minor religious details while neglecting the more important matters of justice, mercy, and faithfulness, and appearing righteous outwardly while being corrupt inwardly.

Jesus compares them to whitewashed tombs—beautiful on the outside but full of uncleanness inside. He also condemns their rejection and persecution of God's prophets.

The chapter ends with Jesus expressing deep sorrow over Jerusalem, because its people repeatedly rejected God's messengers. He longs to gather them under His protection, but they were unwilling.

Prayer Points

1. Pray for a humble heart that seeks God's approval rather than the praise of people.

2. Ask God to remove every form of hypocrisy from your life.

3. Pray for grace to practice what you teach and preach to others.

4. Ask God to help you prioritize justice, mercy, faithfulness, and love.

5. Pray for a clean heart and a life that is righteous both inwardly and outwardly.

6. Ask God to give you courage to speak the truth while maintaining love and humility.

7. Pray for people who have rejected Christ, that their hearts may become open to God's salvation.

8. Ask God to help you remain faithful to Him and never allow pride to destroy your ministry or calling.

DECLARATIONS

•“I will finish what God has started in my life!”
•“My broken walls are being rebuilt!”
•“My prayer altar is being restored!”
•“My family is being restored!”
•“My purpose is being restored!”

DAY 10/12 FASTING AND PRAYER

Matthew 22:37–39
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.”

Matthew 22 contains several teachings of Jesus that reveal what God desires from His people.

Jesus begins with the Parable of the Wedding Banquet. A king prepares a wedding feast for his son, but many invited guests refuse to come. The king then invites others from the streets. This teaches about God's invitation into His Kingdom and the importance of responding to that invitation with genuine faith and righteousness.

The religious leaders then try to trap Jesus with difficult questions. The Pharisees ask whether it is lawful to pay taxes to Caesar. Jesus responds, “Give back to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's,” teaching the importance of fulfilling earthly responsibilities while giving God first place.

The Sadducees question Jesus about the resurrection. Jesus explains that God is the God of the living and affirms the reality of resurrection.

A Pharisee then asks Jesus which commandment is greatest. Jesus gives the central command: love God completely and love your neighbor as yourself.

Finally, Jesus asks the Pharisees about the identity of the Messiah. They acknowledge that the Messiah is David's Son, but Jesus shows from Scripture that the Messiah is also David's Lord, pointing to His divine identity.

Prayer Points

1. Pray for a heart that loves God completely—with your heart, soul, and mind.

2. Ask God to help you love and forgive your neighbors sincerely.

3. Pray for grace to respond to God's invitation and calling without rejection or excuses.

4. Ask God to give you wisdom when facing difficult questions or opposition.

5. Pray for strong faith in the resurrection and the hope of eternal life.

6. Ask God to help you give Him first place above money, possessions, relationships, and worldly concerns.

7. Pray that your life will demonstrate genuine love for God through obedience and good works.
