Title: Reveal the Glory

God cannot give you a gift and manifest that same gift Himself; you have to reveal His glory through it. The gift is meant to be utilised, which means we have to intentionally manifest it without making excuses. You do not need money; you just have to start with the little you have.

Do your part in obedience and do the significant little now. Awaiting for things to get better erodes purpose. Do it right now, in the midst of imperfection, and God will pave the way. Take the necessary steps and reveal God's glory.

Four Nuggets on Revealing God's Glory
1. God's glory is revealed when what is placed in you is manifested.
God created you for this specific time so that you can enjoy the blessings that come with exercising your purpose. When people see your works aligned with God's will, they are inspired to desire a godly life. Therefore, let your life shine for all to see through the gift God has given you. You cannot be a believer and have nothing that you are doing with your gift. God has given you abilities, and He needs you to flaunt them before men. How diligently you work defines how you worship your Maker.

2. Your gift finds its purpose when it serves someone.
Your gift may be in you, but it was never intended to end with you. When God gave it to you, He had already calculated the impact it would have on other people's lives. Who can you serve with the gift God has given you? How many people have become better because of your gift? If you can do it, especially when nobody is noticing you, then you are truly revealing God's glory. Those small opportunities can be found in helping a person, an organisation, a nation, and others.

3. The glory requires both anointing and excellence.
As much as we are spiritual, we also need to be competent in everything we do. We need to sharpen our gifts. Sometimes, circumstances act as sharpening agents, and as such, we must learn the art of remaining persistent under pressure. David was anointed, but he was also prepared enough to handle pressure. His spirit of excellence made him known and prominent before the king. There is no conflict between spirituality and excellence. We need anointed leaders, entrepreneurs, singers, and others who actually study their craft and manifest it well. Excellence is simply the commitment to keep becoming better at what you do.

4. The end of this month must become the beginning of action.
One can get inspired without getting transformed. Wisdom is taking these teachings and becoming doers of the Word, not merely hearers, lest you deceive yourself. If your gift is being stirred, what are you going to do with it? What course are you going to take? What idea are you going to improve? What movement are you going to start? Where are you going to begin serving? What have you been postponing? What responsibility have you been waiting to carry, but instead gave to someone else to carry?

There comes a time when the prophecy requires participation, and you need to do your part. The more territories God promises you, the more battles you have to fight.

We are arising from procrastination and comparison, and from the fear of failure. We are arising from the mentality that our revelation has to be manifested by someone else. We are stepping out of spectatorship because nations cannot be changed by spectators.

Opening Prayer & Declarations

1 Corinthians 12:18 (NKJV)
“But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased.”

Heavenly Father, I thank You according to 1 Corinthians 12:18.

I am uniquely gifted and intentionally positioned by God for His purpose.

I develop my gifts through learning, discipline, practice, and godly guidance.

You are not the only one with your gift, because every gift is designed to work in an environment of gifts. Those who share the same gifts sharpen one another to become extraordinary, for example, all men can speak, but not all men are wise enough to know how and when to speak. Your gift should not operate in isolation; it should work alongside a plethora of other gifts to receive the best guidance. When other people's gifts are missing from your life, or your gift is missing from theirs, it begets nothing but failure.

This is why development matters. When you have not developed your gift, you will ultimately go to those who have developed theirs, at a cost. Do not be lazy with your gifts; laziness can convince you that you are bewitched. When it comes to developing our skills, abilities, and gifts, most of us study, but we have never learned how to study. Therefore, we flow with irrelevant information, unrelated to our God-given gifts, while crowds clap for our downfall. We should learn to study what is relevant to our own gifts. There are instances when people have legitimate gifts, but they exposed them too early, and to the wrong judges, that only birthed discouragement. There is a time your gift must be hidden before it can be manifested, so that it can be molded into something of desirable value.

In Africa, we have gifts, but we use them for useless things, we have power, but we lack the technical skill to direct it to the right place. If we do not know where our part is, we will live with complaints. Knowing your gift, and where it belongs, is what turns raw power into purposeful influence.

In the Kingdom, we do not compete with each other; we complement each other. No one should be jealous of another, we should want each other to win in our respective areas. Competition is dangerous, especially when the requirements are not properly set, because you can end up being the best at the worst thing. We are all part of the body of Christ; we should not compete.

It is also possible to rob God with your gift. If He has given you a gift and you use it for personal gain, you are robbing Him, using your gift to glorify Him is the right way. Prepare your gift; there will be a time for recognition, but you must first accept your gift before others do.

Different gifts serve different purposes. The word of knowledge, for example, is meant to reveal the past and must be used together with the gift of wisdom to bring solutions, whereas prophecy foretells the future and helps us stay encouraged as we prepare for what's ahead. The ability to use these gifts not only in church but in the corporate world is what brings greater Kingdom influence.

This is the heart of being gifted and graced: every believer, in every sphere, carries something Heaven placed in them on purpose. So look for the best gifts in your life and develop them. For the next seven days, prophesy over your life. Every Kingdom member, wherever you find yourself planted, is called to dominate the seven mountains for the glory of God. The Holy Spirit is willing to help you steward your gifts, but too often we have limited him to church matters alone. Allow God to help you and let this season stir you into the glory you were graced for.
