God appoints you looking at your heart, you have to be willing and have a teachable spirit, because we are forever students of the school of ministry. It is not by your knowledge or capability. Wherever He positions you, He will fight all your secret battles, you will overcome by God's grace. Do not lean on your own understanding but let God guide and direct you. Gods ways and thoughts are not like ours, so allow Him to take you through the journey..

God rejected Saul because of his disobedience and rebellion. Do not be like Saul, be obedient to what is put before you.
God gives you wisdom, and he builds your character when he appoints you, preparing you for the good and the bad you will face in that position.

Position your heart for God to use you to fulfill your purpose.
