SUNDAY
30/08/2026

Preaching: Pastor B Mhaphi
Message: Consistency In The Things of God
Reading: Galatians 6:9

Definition: Doing something faithfully, repeatedly over time regardless of changing emotions, circumstances or difficulties

We must be consistent in the following;
1. Prayer. (Luke 18:1, 1Thessalonians 5:17): If there is something that hinders us from praying always, is lack of discipline and depending on our feelings. Let us develop a consistent prayer life...

2. Reading the word of God. Mathew 4:4, Joshua 1:8): The word of God is life. It gives us direction... The bible is the law of God, of how he wants us to live. Let us meditate on this word, instead of our problems that we may be able to live according to his word.

3. Serving God. (1Corinthians 15:58, Hebrew 6:10): Do not despise the work that you do for God. Continue to be trustworthy and faithful in the work you do for God, for in doing this God will trust you with greater things. We do not serve God in vain.

Sunday Service

Preaching: B Mhaphi
Message: To be a disciple of Jesus Christ
Reading: Mat 16:24,
Mat 28:18-19

-Modimo o re boloketse gore re nne barutwa
-Disciple: Leaner/Student.

What it takes to be a disciple:
1. Deny yourself: There are some of the things we want to do but God does not want us to do them.

2.Take up your Cross. The obedience and sacrifices that God wants from us
-God wants us to be people of prayer. We are to pray without ceasing
-A disciple does not run from hardship. They trust God through it, even when it is difficult to obey God.

3. Follow Him: imitate his character. God wants us to follow Him and do what he desires, to live like Him. What you do speaks louder than your words. Let us not act according to our own way. The church has two types of people, those who attended church and those who are disciples.

May God help us to be Disciples who are trustworthy

Xhumo AOG Friday evening service 08/08/2026

Preaching: Pastor Seakgano
Theme: The great commission
Message: The divine mandate, Go where people are

Reading: Acts 8:5, 30, 31
Luke 14:23

-Taking the gospel to the streets
-It will be a pity for you if you get lost, while you are still taking your time/ delaying to make a decision to receive Christ in your life

1.Until we acknowledge that we must reach all nations, that is when we will be able to fulfil the mandate

2.This work is a person to person encounter for people to receive the gospel. We must go out of church walls. The ministry of Jesus was based on going out

God has not given up on you. You may be in pain, going through challenges, there could be nothing hopeful in your life, but there is still a value in you

When we ignore the gospel that we have heard about Jesus how are we going to escape the wreath that is coming?

3. Jesus is the foundation of the gospel. We are living in days where people have created their own gospel, where people have come up with their own scriptures

What ever you are going through. There is a man, a man Jesus whom before He blesses you, he wants a relationship with you. He cares about you. He does not give you something and then says go away. He cares about our soul

Sunday Service 09/08/2026

Preaching: Pastor Frank Masomosomo
Message: Everyone Deserves to Come Back Home-Every Soul Matters
Reading: Luke 15:11-32, Matt 28:19

*As we live the way we live outside home, our Father is waiting for our return, He is looking on the way saying one day my son or my daughter will come back home alive. No one belongs to the streets.

1. I am saved to save others, it is your responsibility to tell others that they can come back home
-There is God, a Father waiting for you to come back home.
-A church is a place where you are taught about God, it is not the way to God, there is only one way, and that is Jesus Christ

2. Outside there there is starvation: Many people's souls are starving, their spirit is starving they are waiting for someone to tell them that there is Food in the house

3.Guard against the spirit of the elder brother: it's a dangerous spirit. A spirit that rejoices when others are perishing in the world without Christ. we need to accept others when they come back home
