The servant of God, Prophet Solly Badiri released the message of God from 2 Corinthians 4:1-9 and message titled “GIVING.”

What is giving? Giving is giving without expecting anything in return. A cheerful giver is someone who gives without expectations. He reminded us that there is a blessing in giving. Let us remember that we cannot give with a pure heart while we are still holding grudges against others.

Giving transforms our lives. The more we give, the more we live for God. Giving increases our love for God. He referenced Matthew, where it says, “I was naked and you clothed Me, I was hungry and you gave Me food and I was in the hospital and you visited Me.”This means that when we desire blessings we must give wholeheartedly.

Let us remember that we all have ministries in our lives; the prophetic ministry, the healing ministry and the deliverance ministry. They all fall under giving.

Let us not be deceived by others. The Bible says that if we know God is in us, we cannot be cheated or deceived.

Verse 9 reminds us that poverty and sickness may bring us down but it does not mean we are destroyed. Let us all learn to give wholeheartedly.

Pastor Tiyapo Obateng encouraged the congregation from Genesis 1:3. He reminded us that we must separate light from darkness through the words we speak, in everything we involve ourselves in and in all the things we allow our minds to dwell on.

He asked, “Are we still making room for the Spirit of God to hover?” Because the Word of God says our bodies are the temple of God. God commanded the light, so why can’t we also command the light?

It is our responsibility to command the light. When we command the light, we declare, “Let there be light,” because we are declaring the Lord before us. We are creating space for His light to take control. The Spirit of God cannot dwell in darkness. The light takes control over everything.
