SCRIPTURE: 2 CHRONICLES 20: 1-25/ ACTS 16:25

TITLE: THE LIEFESTYLE OF PRAISE

If you are the reader of scriptures, these two books must do something to you. I am not preaching today,, I want to help someone.

Grace and worship is not starting now. It existed before human nature, before a man was created, worship was there.

There were angels that were dedicated to worship. One of them is Lucifer, who is now an enemy.
Hallelujah.

So worship is like a force. A spiritual force that shifts focus. When a man is down with his emotions, when a man is going through something, striving, worship and praise, can shift their focus to God.

So when you don’t have strength inside of you,
but you have words to say to God, and you begin to tell that to God, God will turn down and look at your situation and shift your situation.

When you lift up your voice and begin to say,
“You are holy, You are holy., when you are going through something that is difficult, forget about what you are going through and you look unto Him.

When you praise Him in the midst of your situation, the Bible says when praise goes up,
the glory of the Lord comes down.

Lift Him high in the midst of your situation.
Your situation has to obey because the presence of God is now coming to you.

Worship is like inviting His presence. You are provoking heaven to respond to human nature through worship because worship is for the Lord.

The Bible says that He doesn’t share worship and Praise with any man.

So when you are facing struggles, you don’t concentrate on the struggles., you look unto the goodness of the Lord.
When people cannot see anything, and the worshipper say, “How wonderful is Your name?”, God's presence will be felt.

The worshipper crying inside of his heart, is able to say, “How wonderful is Your name?”

Inside of your bedroom,
When you praise, something will shift.
The power of fear will shift and the presence of God will fill your room.

Praise and worship is not for the church. It’s not just a presentation.
It’s a lifestyle. Are you hearing me? It’s a lifestyle.
As a child of God, you need to live the life of praise.

You don’t praise because things are fine. You don’t praise because you are fine., but you praise because God deserves your praise.
Hallelujah.

When you praise Him amidst your situation, He will come down. That is why Moses had to understand and we cannot do anything without His presence.
It is the presence of God that will help you to be strong in your situation.

So child of God, whenever you are facing something, think about this thing.
Give the Lord praise that He deserves.
Amen.

*Praise is spiritual.*
*Praise is spiritual.*
*Praise is spiritual.*

Hallelujah. So when you are praising the Lord,
you are ignoring the pressure of the flesh.
And you are able to connect yourself to the Spirit.
When your flesh is weak, never allow your spirit to be controlled by what you feel.

This is a very powerful thing that you need to understand. Praise is a tool of heaven that makes God to appear in your situation

This afternoon I want you to trust this God with praise. It invites God’s presence.
The Bible says God inhabits in the praises of His people.
So when you praise, you create the atmosphere of heaven.

Praise is not for talented people. Every man was created to worship and praise God.
God needs your praise and worship.

When you are going through a situation and you can’t even read the Bible, give Praise.
When God said to Moses, “Meditate upon the Word,” that same Word can become a song.

When the Word becomes a song, you begin to look up to Jehovah. You see Him as a Shepherd.
Alone in your room, you tell Him He is leading you. If you begin to sing that song, the Owner of heaven, the Owner of your life will start to see that you believe in Him.

Praise brings God down to your situation
and God begins to work in your life.

When Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were thrown into fire, they praised. Those who threw them in increased the fire, but they saw them praising and dancing in the fire.
So when the situation comes, you’re gonna dance in the fire.

King Nebuchadnezzar aclaimed, “We threw 3 men in the fire.
Where did the 4th one come from?”

Where we have just read Jehoshaphat was dealing with a situation. They had fear. He called for called unto the Lord and said, " We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you." Next morning he placed singers infront of the army praising God. As they say God caused the invading armies to turn on and destroy one another, leaving Judah to collect the spoils without havibg to fight.

Praise is a stress reliever.
When you are pressed and unable to sing “Jehovah ke a go leboga,”
know that the devil has defeated you.

If you want to live the life of victory, live the life of praise.
The Bible says God inhabits in the praises of His children. When you praise, God is there with you.

Now the story of Paul and Silas. They decided to take Paul and Silas and put them in prison. At midnight theese prisoners started singing and praying. Suddenly a violent eartgquake shook the foundatiins of the prison, all the prison doors flew open and everyone's chains loosened. The Bible says the Roman prison guard woke up and saw doors wide open . Knowing he will face a shameful ex*****on if prisoners escaped, he drew a sword with intention to kill himself. Paul shouted 'Dont harm yourself, we are all here."

Praise *breaks chains.*

It is an act of a weapon
that helps us to break the forces and chains that are around us.

We might not have the strength,
but when we begin to praise, chains break.

In the Bible, whenever the Israelites won battles,
they would take the praise and worshippers to lead the army.
Those who play the instruments.

I remember when children of Israel were going through the walls of Jericho. Jericho was a heavily fortified city with massive, impenetrable walls. The Bible says Jericho was tightly shut up because of the Isralites, no one went out and no one came in. But Joshua obeyed the instruction of God and as the people shouted and the horns blew, the heavy walls of Jericho collapsed flat before them. They were singing praises and the walls came down, not because of power, but because of praise.
*Praise can break chains in your life.*

There are walls that have been there
in your family. Maybe in your family they say "there's no marriage."
That is the wall that is in front of you.
Maybe there is a spirit of poverty.
That is a wall. But praise... Praise... will break that wall.

After reading the scripture, you say,
“God, if You are able to come down for the children of Israel at the walls of Jericho, why can’t you do the same for me?”
Tell God to bring the walls down —
walls of poverty, of misery.

Our victory is in praise.
You are tired about that situation., do not discuss it, have time with God.

People will not understand, but God will begin to work in your life.
Worship is the thing of the Spirit. Ignore the flesh. Allow the Spirit to talk to the Owner.

Now Paul and Silas are in prison, bound in chains,
and the Bible says at midnight,
these two men, bound by chains,
they started to praise inside the prison.

The battle is not yours.
Why are you putting the baggage on your shoulders?

KEY POINTS :
1. *Praise is a lifestyle* - Not just for church
2. *Praise invites God’s presence* - "God inhabits the praises of His people"
3. *Praise is a weapon* - Breaks chains, breaks walls, breaks fear
4. *Biblical proof* - Jericho, Jehoshaphat, Paul & Silas, 3 Hebrew boys-Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego

06/09/2026

This word will shift your atmosphere.

Apostle Gabriel Motswagole reminds us today: You don’t praise because everything is fine. You praise because God said you are fine.

When Paul and Silas were in prison at midnight, they praised... and the chains broke.
When Jehoshaphat faced war, he put worshippers in front... and God fought the battle.

Whatever “prison” or “wall” you are facing — poverty, fear, delay —
Praise is the key.

The battle is not yours.

Tag someone who needs to hear this today.

SCRIPTURE: JEREMIAH 20:9

TITLE: FIRE IN YOUR BONES - DON'T QUIT

1. POSITION YOURSELF:
We are in a season where we need encouragement.
If you’ve been listening to my sermons, I’ve been encouraging you to push regardless of what you are facing. In the midst of the storm, in the midst of challenges, regardless of what people are saying about your condition — keep pushing.

Zachariah was short.
So don’t look at your condition. Don’t focus on being "short".
Position yourself on the right route where Jesus will be passing.
You may be short, but be in the right place where Jesus will identify you.

Things may not be right with you right now.
But before the year 2026 comes to an end, allow Jesus to transform you regardless of your situation.
Don’t worry about your situation. Call upon Him.
The Lord has a plan to dine with you.

2. YOU WERE KNOWN AND ORDAINED BEFORE BIRTH
Jeremiah 1:5
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”

When God was giving Jeremiah his assignment, he was afraid because he was young.
But God gave him the Word and said: _“Don’t fear, because before I created you in your mother’s womb, I already knew you.”_

God is saying: _“I created you. I molded you. Before I allowed you to be in your mother’s womb, I knew you.”_
That means God knew us before we existed. Hallelujah!

He who knew you before is still with you today.
You were chosen to be placed in that family, in that place.
And God said: _“I have made you a prophet.”

3. CHALLENGES BUILD CHARACTER AND CAPACITY:
Every time God has a plan for someone, that person will go through something.
They will go through challenges.

I’ve come to realize: God has mastered this. God is looking for maturity.
Challenges and obstacles are there to build your character.
And when your character is built, your capacity increases.

You are going through what you’re going through because of the power that you are carrying.

In the midst of challenges, it takes discipline to overcome.
Without discipline, you will destroy what God has placed before you.
Problems are there to push you. So when you are pushed, discipline yourself.
Because the devil wants to use these challenges, but he has no power over you.

Jesus was beaten, but He was powerful on the inside.
He had authority to destroy anyone, but He chose discipline and humility because He knew greatness was coming after it.
Philippians 2:9 _“Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him the name that is above every name.”_

When God wants to use someone, that person must go through challenges.
Moses had to be in a basket.

Now look at Jeremiah. He was doing the work of God.
But because of the rebelliousness of the people he was leading, things were not easy.
The people were rebellious, violent, and causing destruction.
Yet God spoke to him.
Jeremiah 20:9
_“But if I say, ‘I will not mention Him or speak anymore in His name,’ His word is in my heart like a fire, a fire shut up in my bones. I am weary of holding it in, indeed I cannot.”_

4. THE WORD IS FIRE THAT SUSTAINS YOU:
When God called Moses, He made him stand before the burning bush.
_“Take off your shoes.”_
Moses saw the fire, but the bush was not consumed.
And God said: _“Today I put My Word inside of you.”_

Moses said: _“I stammer. I can’t speak well.”_
God said: _“Go and deliver My people.”_

When you carry the Word of God, there is sustaining power.
Joshua 1:5_“As I was with Moses, so I will be with you.”_

Some people think when we stand here preaching we are just making noise.
No. We are piling fire in your bones.
As I stand here, the Word of God is dwelling inside of you.
The Word kills the flesh, and the Word remains in your system.

John 1:1 says “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”_
When you receive Jesus, the Word is no longer just written. It becomes a Word that functions in you.

Jesus on the cross , blood was coming out. He felt the pain., but Jesus knew that even like this, something new is about to come..
It is the Word that transforms.
A person who lives by the Word, lives with Christ.

When you come to God, Jesus becomes your pillar.
When pride comes, when the works of the flesh come, Jesus comes.
You are no longer living by your own design.
The Word must swallow the flesh.
Galatians 5:16* _“Walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.”_

When you are full of the Spirit, even your enemy becomes your promoter.
When you are a child of the Word, you don’t worry, because you know your time of manifestation is near.

5. YOUR ENEMY WILL PRAISE YOU:
Esther 4:14: Mordecai told Esther to be quite and when it was time to talk he told Esther to start talking.
She spoke. And when she spoke, Haman was exposed because he was the problem.

The king remembered what Mordecai had done for him.
He asked Haman: _“What should be done for the man the king delights to honor?”

Esther 6:6: Haman thought it was about him. He said: _“Royal robes, a royal horse, and let someone lead him through the city.”_
The king said: _“Excellent. Go do that for Mordecai.”_

So Mordecai was on the horse, and Haman was in front shouting his praises all around the city.

I pray today: May the hand of the Lord touch you.
Your enemy will praise you if you learn to depend on the Lord.

Jeremiah said: _“I tried to keep quiet. I wanted to quit... To leave the church. Maybe if I stay home it will be better.”_
But the more he wanted to quit, the more fire he felt in his bones.
The Spirit said: _“You cannot quit. Those waiting on the Lord — don’t give up. At the appointed time, He will surely do it.”_ Habakkuk 2:3

Some of you think Christianity is not working.
But when the Word of God is in your system, the Word will not give you rest.

Psalm 119:9: How can a young man keep his way pure? By keeping it according to Your Word.”
Keep the Word in your system. Even when things are not right. Even when friends leave. The Word will be with you.

One day you will realize this is the Word that kept me strong.
2 Corinthians 12:7 Paul called it _“a thorn in my flesh.”_

Sometimes you feel naked even when you are dressed.
But when the Word of God is inside you, it encourages you.

You don’t need a pastor to hold you. You need the Word. The Word inside is your defense system.
Nehemiah 8:10 _“The joy of the Lord is my strength.”_

6. TRUST GOD IN THIS NEW SEASON:
Jeremiah 29:11: For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

The Lord is thinking about you in the midst of what you’re going through.
When we are down, the devil uses our flesh to speak negative.
But I am here to say: Be positive. The Lord will stand for you.

I tried to live anyhow. Going to bars. But His Word is like fire locked inside of me.
When I remember the scripture, it’s fire in my bones.

You have reason to cry. You want to quit. But the Word of God will not allow you.

Psalm 20:7: "Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.”

As we enter September:
Can you trust God with your finances?
Can you trust the Lord in that relationship?
Don’t trust the person. Trust Jehovah who provides joy.

Joshua and Caleb said: _“We are well able. We can take it.”_ Numbers 13:30
You will say: _“Not with me. I serve the God who never fails.”_

Today I pray: May this Word be fire on your bones.
Don’t give up. You can make it.
You can go to tertiary. It doesn’t matter your results. It doesn’t matter who failed before you.
The Word of God will push you into your blessing.
No matter how disappointed you’ve been, do not give up on the Word.

TITLE: Bye bye

SCRIPTURE: 1 Samuel 2:1, Ruth 1

As the new month begins, Servant of God Apostle Gabriel Motswagole delivered a powerful sermon titled 'bye bye' marking a new chapter in life and releasing the past.

Apostle Motswagole delivered a powerful message on 1 Samuel 2:1 in which Hannah rejoices in God after giving her son Samuel to the Lord's service.

Hannah's experience reflect how to find hope through persistent prayer during difficult times.

Apostle Motswagole also conveyed a message from Ruth 1 which connects to leaving hard times and starting a new life through Naomi and Ruth leaving famine in Moab to find hope in Bethlehem.

The scripture shows moving from bitter loss to a fresh start by making a brave choice, finding loyal support, and trusting God for a new path.

"The suffering of now cannot be compared to the glory that is coming, what you are facing now is cannot be compared with the glory that the Lord is preparing for you"

SCRIPTURE: Judges 13

TITLE: The start of a new season

The book of Judges was written to show how God raises judges to deliver His people. Now we are in chapter 13, where we experience the birth of a great man; Samson.

Where we have read, the season was about to end and another was about to start. Every time one season ends, another one comes. Even in our lives, when something is ending, there is something that is starting. And I am here today to declare that you are about to experience a new thing.

The Bible says the children of Israel were captives for 40 years by the Philistines. Manoah was from the clan of Dan, who was the 5th born of Jacob, one of the 12 tribes of Israel. So Dan was the 5th. And number 5 is a number of grace. So Manoah is from the clan of Dan. But where we have read they say, "the wife of Manoah" — no name is given for the wife. But they are telling us about Manoah.

The children of Israel, because of the evil they had done, God allowed the Philistines to capture them for 40 years. For 40 years they had been captured. I have been asking myself, why this number of years? I realized that in life we go through things, and those things have seasons. The phase of life that you are in has an end. And as long as there is an end, there is a start.

The children of Israel were captured for 40 years, and God realized that the time is over. The time has come for me to set them free from the hands of the Philistines. Remember, the children of Israel had at some point been delivered from Pharaoh in Egypt. Here they are being delivered from the Philistines.

And God is looking for a woman who is barren — a lady who is in pain and going through something. I believe she was asking herself questions. And I want you to know that God knows whatever you are going through. God knew Manoah’s wife was barren. But God’s plans are not our plans. God sees our cry. I hope you are in Christ Jesus, so we don’t cry as those without hope.

God sent someone to appear before this woman. He wants to set Israel free, and He does it with living people. Even when God was delivering Israel from Egypt, Moses had to be born. Whenever God wants to deliver, He brings something fresh.

The years of suffering had to come to an end. So the Lord had to look for someone who had nothing, and He sent an Angel to Manoah’s wife and said, "You are about to carry someone special."

When something special comes, there has to be an instruction. You have experienced pain, but God wants to bring instruction in your life. Because you are used to this crying and suffering, God has to use someone in your life. And the angel said to Manoah's wife, "Don’t take wine." In other words, this thing coming needs purity. The experience that you have will not help you in what is coming.

You have been crying, and the Lord says that season is coming to an end. July 2026 is the end of your misery. Prepare for something new the Lord wants to do for you.

When the wife heard the news, she carried it to the husband. And the husband says, "I want to hear it for myself," and he starts to pray. You cannot receive something from God without prayer. It is when you begin to come to a point of realizing that something is ending, and you know something is about to come that you have to pray in earnest. You have to position yourself for that something to come.

When a woman is carrying a baby, the time of giving birth is a time to believe that something has to come out. You have been carrying this something in your belly. Now it is big, it has to come out. You are now too old to stay in that suffering. You can’t cry anymore. Something has been built inside you. When maturity takes place, delivery has to come. When God realizes that this thing gave you maturity, He answers. But you have to follow the instructions.

He gave an instruction before Samson was born, "Do not put a razor on his head. Allow the hair to grow." The instructions come. And that instruction is a secret: follow it.

And follow instruction. This afternoon the Lord said to me, "The season is coming to an end, and I the Lord am starting a new thing."

When something new is coming, obedience is king. The wife of Manoah had to obey what she was told by the angel. I don’t know what you have been facing. When the Lord says your breakthrough has come, the instruction is to obey the laws of the Lord.

I know when you go to witch doctors they will give you medicines and tell you, "Do this and this," and if you don’t, it will turn back to you. Even if someone you meet along the way, you will not talk back.

Obedience is key when you get into a new season. When you get into a new season, there is another thing that you have to do: live by faith. Because where you are right now you don’t have experience, and you will have to exercise faith to get what the Lord has in store for you for it is difficult to please God without faith.

When you start the journey of marriage, put your trust in God, not your partner, because He is the only one who knows the way. Faith is the key.

Here is the lesson: Because God wanted to save Israel, why not use someone who has been there or already has children? I want you to understand something: God doesn’t share His glory with anyone. He doesn’t respect any man.

Manoah’s wife was able to see the angel because she was in need. It means she had been asking. Take the example of Hannah and Peninnah. Hannah was busy asking, while Peninnah was mocking Hannah. When God answers, He looks at the heart that is earnestly begging. The one who has nothing will ask in faith. This is a lesson, because God is looking for those who are in hunger.

So when a season is about to start, the ending is not nice. But those who endure in that season, the Lord will lift them up.

Most of the time we miss the blessing because we quit when we feel the pain. We respond to what we are going through. We oppress ourselves in the end and don’t wait for the new season. We speak the negative.

But look at Jesus on the cross between two criminals. One says, "If you are the Son of God, help us." But the other one says, "Remember me when you are in paradise." The other one is thinking of the end. The other one is faithful about the future.

When Jesus is on the cross, he is not looking at Mary, he feels the pain of the end, and He looks at the Father and says, "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?"

So when you are in pain, look at Jesus, the author and the finisher. It doesn’t end. Even when you are buried, when your body dies, it is not over.

Key Points
1. Every ending has a beginning - 40 years of captivity ended.
2. God uses the barren/needy-He doesn’t share His glory. He looks for a hungry heart.
3. New season-New instructions- Purity, obedience, no wine, no razor.
4. Prayer + Faith - Manoah prayed. You can’t receive without prayer.
5. Endure the pain- Don’t quit before delivery. Look to Jesus.PREACHER : Apostle Gabriel Motswagole
