We are more than ready to welcome you tomorrow. Don’t come alone. Invite your friends and family for a life-transforming Word and time of fellowship 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Last Sunday our Pastor PB Gasennelwe preached a powerful message entitled, ‘THE HUMAN SPIRIT AND THE HOLY SPIRIT.’

*In Genesis 1, we are told that God created man in His image, in His likeness.
*This is not Adam but the man in Christ. Adam was created in Genesis 2:7, and he was created innocent.
*The human spirit was put in him. Adam had the opportunity to receive the life of God, which is the life of the man in Christ in Genesis 1, but he chose not to.
*When the person gets born again, they’ve got two spirits in them. When you receive Christ as your Lord and Personal Saviour, the Spirit of the Lord comes to dwell in your mind.
*As a believer, your spirit is regenerated and the Spirit of God dwells in your spirit.
*The Holy Spirit dwells in the spirit of man and there’s unity.
*The Holy Spirit does not become your spirit, neither does your spirit become the Holy Spirit.
*Man is made up of spirit, soul and body. The spirit is born again. The body will get born again when Jesus comes.
*When the Spirit of God comes comes upon you, He dwells in your spirit. It’s our job to deal with the soulish.
*The Holy Spirit is in the inside of us but He is not going to force us to think or do things. It’s up to us to allow Him to guide us.
*God wants to fellowship with us but it can only happen when we think like Him. Think like God and see yourself the way He sees you.
*Serve God while still in the body. Let people know about Christ.

It was our father’s birthday yesterday and we thank God for his life.
Bishop Edward Bakang Kago Montshosi is a man completely sold out to Christ. A man of prayer, Sound Doctrine, with a loving heart and meek spirit.

It is our prayer that the Lord will continue to sustain and carry you (Isaiah 46:4)

PHILLIPPIANS 2:19-30
*Apostle Paul is grateful for Timothy's good works.
*Timothy was sent by Paul to do the works of God as he was the rightful one because others where only focused on their own interest.
*Can you allow yourself to be consumed by kingdom mentality?
Giving your life as a living sacrifice is not easy ..
*Epaphroditus was also the rightful don to be sent along with Timothy.
*Paul also complimented Epaphroditus too because even though he was sick he was still dedicated to doing the works of the Lord.
*You have to be willing to risk your life for the work of God
*You have to be willing to invest in the Kingdom.
*Our mind as Christians should be the mind of Christ .
*It takes faith to pray and it takes those that have been possessed by spirit of kingdom mentality.

HOW DO WE APPLY THE WORD TO OUR LIVES?

*Hebrews 10:23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
*Confession is of paramount importance. We confess the finish Work of Christ.
*In Hebrew, the word ‘confess’ is ‘Homologia,’ meaning saying the same thing. As in, speaking like God, after God and as God.
*Confession helps us to see ourselves through the mirror of the Word, thereby making the Word part of ourselves.
*It helps us to see ourselves the way God sees us.
*Speaking like God will help us defeat the forces of darkness that make us to not live for God.
*The Spirit is the one that was regenerated but your soul was not touched.
*We have a responsibility as Christians to renew our minds.
*The spirit has to drive the life of a Christian.
*The flesh is under the control of the spirit.
*Confession will help us to own the Word.
*Through the power of the Holy Spirit, you can change.
*The Word must always be at work in your life, everyday and everywhere.
*God is with you.

*The Word is more than just a syllabus; it is Jesus Himself.
*Read John 1:1
*The Word became flesh.
* The Word is spirit and life.
*The Word is preached, taught and read but the question is, is it achieving the purpose to which it is intended for in our lives? If not, what is the problem?
*Read James 1:22. We are to be doers of the Word and not just hearers.
*Two parts of the Word: Hearing and Application.
*After hearing the Word, what do we do with it?
*The church is failing not in hearing but in application of the Word.
*The Word has power but for it to be unleashed, it has to be tapped into.
*Prayer is good but when it is not based on the Word, it will not achieve its mission.
*If we hear the Word and apply it, we shall see its benefits in our lives.
*The Word will not work without us becoming part of it.
*It is not enough for the Word to be in the pages of the Bible. It has to leave the book for the spirit, because it is spirit and life. It addresses the spirit of man.

We celebrated our Mothers this past Sunday and what a joy to be found in the presence of the Lord with other mothers.

*Our mothers nurture us.
* They protect us.
*They cover us in prayer.
*They care for us, so much.
*They help us reach our destinies.
*They love us unconditionally.
*Mme o tshwara thipa ka fa bogaleng.
*Mme ke thari ya sechaba.

God is calling Women back to Himself. That women should go back to FIRST seeking His kingdom and His righteousness. Back to the altar of prayer. Back to a diligent and pure heart of servitude. Back to studying and applying His Word. Back to preaching and defending Sound doctrine. Back to defending justice. Back to the fear of the Lord. Back to walking in genuine love for Him and one another.
