LETTER TO MY FORMER SON AND DAUGHTER IN MINISTRY

I stooped low into the mud to pick you each time you went back into sinning and I covered you from shame by not exposing your misconduct to others.

I still celebrated you publicly wishing you happy Glorious Birthdays and congratulating you on your every achievement because that's what true fathers do.

When men and women who see in the Spirit reached out to me to tell me the disturbing visions they have seen concerning you I told them to hold their peace because God was working on you.

I called you Servant of God even when I perceived that you were still a Servant to your lust in the secret place because I believed you will one day become what I called you.

Instead you mistook my compassion for lack of discernment and my honour for you as submission to your so called higher grace.

The same man who still loved you in your sins and helped you out of your issues is the same man that you trampled over when you heard baseless rumours against him, he had proof enough of your misconduct to cast you away but he embraced you even when he knew you were a drunk secretly, a thief at heart, fornicated rampantly and lied for a living.

The same person you praised now you are cursing, because when the love of God runs out for someone even their smallest flaws are amplified. All you see is the sinner, infact chief amongst sinners.

You no longer see me as Christ sees me and yet you are telling me you are with Christ more now.

All this I don't hold it against you my son and daughter it's only that you look lost even after claiming that you found the true Jesus after leaving the fold. Why the anger against me your former pastor?

Why the lack of zeal any more for God?

Why the bitterness against believers connected to me?

The same Jesus who came for sinners now wants all of us dead according to you because you believe we have lost direction?

Are you sure it's Jesus or it's a spirit of murder, is not this the thief who comes to still and destroy?

My son and daughter, any discernment or encounter that makes you feel superior to another believer has no Jesus in it. Isaiah after seeing the Lord in Isaiah Chapter 6 saw first his sins before he saw the sins of the men around him. I pray you will come to understand that we are all sinners saved by grace, preserved by the very same grace and we are called to be gracious to humility.

If you feel that me your Pastor have fallen off please pray for me, the same God who brought you up when you fell those many times I was pastoring you will also help me. I hope you don't forget to pray and read your Bible.

Encounters usually happen in times of distress and turmoil.
When you are going through a situation,a wilderness or during those dry moments of your life,those are the circumstances in which you can experience an encounter that can shift or transform your life.

Pay attention to happenings around you during those difficult moments and you will surely have an encounter with the Lord.
