Hello, wonderful people, wanna share on Judges 4. The chapter that teaches how Israel got victory over the army of Canaan, who were their enemies. They did it through teamwork.

Deborah, who was a judge over Israel, was also a prophetess, and she served a great role in their victory. She called forth Barak to lead the army of Israel against the Canaanites as he was commanded by the Lord. She was also specific on the number of men he should take with him. However, Barak required that the prophetess accompany him. Otherwise, he wouldn't go. Sometimes, it happens that there are situations you feel you can't face alone but need your pastor or mentor to go into battle with you because somehow you trust their presence counts.

So it was that Deborah agreed to go with Barak but she clarified to him that he won't get any glory because the Lord has already given the leader of the opposing army in the hands of a woman. Despite that clarity, Barak was willing to go and fight for his people. I believe he was convinced that with God on their side, indeed, victory is theirs.

He called out the ten thousand men and went into battle with their enemy, who brought their many chariots and soldiers. God helped the Israeli troops or army to defeat the Canaanites. Victory was theirs 💪💪💪 However, the leader of the Canaanites army flew away.

Now, the prophecy from the woman of God had to be fulfilled, the leader of the opposing army who fled to seek refuge from a Kenite woman killed him in his sleep. GOD'S WORD IS ALWAYS TRUE AND WHAT HE SAYS COMES TO PASS.

Sometimes, in life, we need leaders who can see beyond our weaknesses and help us fulfill what God has commanded us to do just like it happened with Barak and Deborah.

They had to work as a team to fulfill that mission, be willing to play your role in the assignment, and see how God steps in and gives you victory. Be a team player. Don't say you'll handle it all alone. Where you need help and guidance, seek it, and you shall achieve more in your life.🙏🏻❤️❤️
