Happy Ascension day
By taking His seat in heaven, Jesus received supreme authority and took charge of all things. The Bible says “God exalted Him to the highest place” (Philippians 2:9) and “seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. God placed all things under His feet” (Ephesians 1:20-22). So then, the Lord Jesus is seated in heaven. But what does it mean to say that we are seated in heaven with Him?
The Bible says that God exalted Jesus and seated Him in the heavenly realms. But that’s not all it says. The Bible also says, “God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus.” Jesus’ ascension isn’t just something that happened to Him. It’s something that’s happened to all His people in some sense. To understand this, we need to know what the Bible means when it talks about being “with Christ” and “in Christ” and somehow joined to Christ so that what happens to him also happens to us.

Rev 2:14-15
Nicolaitans linked to the practices of those who listened to Balaam.
Note that Balaam was an idol worship he was linked with practices that contradict the word of God. Read that scripture above to understand exactly the practices that he did.
A little background of who the Nicolaitans were-
Nicolaitans were a Christian sect in the early church,they seems to have fallen away from faith. They perverted grace, eating food offered to idols,they were in sexual immorality,they abandoned themselves to pleasures.
We might have abandoned ourselves to pleasures, perverted grace in this year it's time to do self introspection. Find out if really you walk according to the steps of the Lord. It's time for radical change in your Christian life. Outgrow values and practices that you use to follow and follow Christ,I repeat follow Him alone,trust Him alone. Never put your trust on anyone apart from the Lord His love never fails.
The Lord hate idol worship-Rev.2.16 - Repent, or else I will come to you quickly and will fight against them with the sword of My mouth.
He who has an ear let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
He is still the same,He never change -He is Jesus The Hope of Glory.

Matthew 5:6-"blessed are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness,for they will be filled."

Righteousness- whatever is right and just and true and good in God's eyes.
Note the verse does not say blessed are those who hunger and thirst after pleasure or money or even spiritual experience.
Matthew 6:33- but we need to seek first His kingdom and righteousness and all things shall be added. If we are going to exist in a happy atate with God forever seek righteousness. What we desire and seek reveals what kind of people we are. If you do not have hunger and thirst for righteousness then you are spiritually dead. Desire what is right,the kingdom is not for the self satisfied but for the desperate,the aching,the one who want it like the body craves for food and water. He is JESUS The HOPE of GLORY .

Happy new year everyone 💐🌹
I'm now back
God is doing a new thing and He will make a way for you in that situation that seemed difficult. We have entered this year with a renewed mindset,the Egyptian we saw we shall see them no more.
Lets embrace this year 2025 as the year of transformation, elevation and growth.
Proverbs 3:5-6- trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding,in all your ways submit to Him and He will make your path straight.
In this year let's submit to the sovereignty of the Lord and He shall lead and guide us in all that we do.
I pray that may your faith never fail you in this year as God is about to do great and mighty things in your life. Jeremiah 33:3- 'call unto me,and I will answer, I will show you great and mighty things that you have never known.
Psalm 103:5- He renew your youth like the eagles. God will renew you in this year and give you strength. They shall be success in all that you do in the name of Jesus Christ.
1 Samuel 12:24- only fear the LORD,and serve Him in truth with all your heart,for consider what great things He has done for you. As God has renewed you may you fear Him,for fear is the beginning of wisdom. Consider those things that He has done for you and give the glory to Him and honor Him at all times. Be blessed and take care, and guard your salvation with fear and trembling. He is Jesus The Hope of Glory.

Philippians 4:6: Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. Hebrews 13:6: So we can confidently say, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?”

Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done. Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand.
This is my encouragement to you in this month God is with you and will help you, there is nothing in life you must ever be afraid of. You may lose things. People may hurt and disappoint you. You may even suffer in this life but your suffering can never be compared to the glory that is about to be revealed in your life. God is not a man that He can lie ,all that He say He will do, He will do. In that situation hold on to the Almighty ,those barriers that are hindering you to be what God say you will be are broken in the name of Jesus Christ. One thing that you should be greatful of is the joy of your salvation , as much as you can, don't lose your salvation,guard it with fear and trembling. God is with you He is Emmanuel. Don't lose hope He is Jesus The Hope of Glory.
Blessed be thy name of the Lord our God.

Ps.30.1 - I will extol You, O LORD, for You have lifted me up, And have not let my foes rejoice over me.2 - O Lord my God, I cried to You and You have healed me.3 - O LORD, You brought my soul up from the grave; You have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
4 - Sing praise to the LORD, you saints of His, And give thanks at the remembrance of His holy name.5 - For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.6 - Now in my prosperity I said, "I shall never be moved."

Sometimes we just need to give gratitude for God's deliverance even before we can see it's physical manifestation. God's compassion and relief are never far,even in the darkest times. Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning meaning after time of spiritual darkness joy will be restored. Remember the God who is the beginning and the end of all things,rest in His sovereignty,and have joy in all circumstances.

Nehemiah 4:7 - Now it happened, when Sanballat, Tobiah, the Arabs, the Ammonites, and the Ashdodites heard that the walls of Jerusalem were being restored and the gaps were beginning to be closed, that they became very angry,.8 - and all of them conspired together to come and attack Jerusalem and create confusion.
The evil one orchestrated a plan to divert the people from their goal. Sanballat and Tobiah joined with other people to fight against the children of Israel. Since they were unable to discourage them with their words ,they decided to use force to stop them. This is what everyone needs to know as someone grows to gain territory and honor, pressure against him will also grow to the same degree. Whoever is unprepared will be unable to accomplish anything. The devil works to make enemies, problems, fights, and conflicts arise to intimidate us. He does it all with the sole purpose of stopping people from being saved. Therefore my advice to you is watch and pray,followed by taking action. He is Jesus The Hope of glory.

Ps.23.4 - Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.5 - You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.6 - Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the LORD Forever.
The valley of the shadow of death is a place of scarcity, danger, pain, and the unknown, but I have a full assurance that the Lord will protect me and bless me in the presence of those who hate me,those who thought I won't make it. They will be blessings after blessings He is not a man to lie. His promises are yes and Amen. I'm very sure that His goodness and mercy will follow me,never will I forsake Him and dwell not in His presence. Be encouraged if you are going through pains and seems as if the world is against you God your creater is your shepherd,in that time of trouble He is with you, Emmanuel,never give up,have faith,He is Jesus The Hope of Glory.

Pride
One of the other things that will cause people not to enter the Promised Land is PRIDE. The bible clearly warns us several times that God resists the proud.
There are even more examples in scriptures of God resisting the proud. Take a look at Pharaoh of Egypt. The Bible tells us that he said in his heart," who is the Lord,that I should obey His voice... I do not know the Lord, nor will I let Israel go"(Exodus 5:2).
The arrogance of Pharaoh spelt disaster for the Egyptian empire. The pride of Pharaoh led to complete economic,social and military catastrophe . After God had judged Egypt with the ten plagues, Egypt, the world superpower, was crippled and never fully recovered. "Everyone that is proud in heart is an abomination to the Lord"(Proverbs 15:5).
Pride will cause you to think that God does not matter and that God plays no significant part in the affairs of men. Do not miss it ,God will never use you as long as you feel you can do it without Him.

The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. 12 The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. 13 Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in or**es and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy. 14 Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the sinful nature. (NIV)
Let's wake up from our slumber,this calls for seriousness, professionalism and intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit. Let's forsake the wisdom of this world ,and may we not be conformed to the patterns of this world but transformed by the renewing of our minds,so that we may know the good , acceptable and perfect will of God. 2Cor.3.18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. (NKJV)
God has freely and willingly purposed to share His glory with believers,but in Holiness. We were born sinners,we sinned together with Adam when he sinned because we were embedded in his bosom. Thus, there is nothing special that we can do to attain righteousness because we are of sinful nature. The only thing we can do is to associate ourselves with God and surrender ourselves wholly to Him. By so doing, it will no longer be us living but Him in us as Apostle Paul wrote in Galatians 2:20 that, "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me ."
