Our Back to School Service was unforgettable. From beginning to end, we experienced the kindness of God in so many ways.

Our covenant-keeping God met us in the room this past Sunday, reminding us once again that He remains faithful to His word because He is true to His character.

Youth Pastor John Jai Sullivan brought a timely word, reminding us that consecration is not a moment or an event, it is a lifestyle. We were challenged to guard our hearts against the seduction of idolatry and remember that what we continually give ourselves to will ultimately shape us.

The call was clear: tear down the idols and return our hearts fully to God.

We also had the opportunity to cover our students in prayer as they prepare to head back into the classroom.


We're excited for all that awaits our students this school year, and we're grateful to be on this journey together, family.

We're still feeling the conviction from this past Sunday's sermon.

Pastor John Jai Sullivan soberly reminded us of the call to live a life of consecration.

One of the sobering truths shared was about the seduction of idolatry: its effects aren't always immediate. But when idolatry is continually practiced, it eventually shapes us into the things we scorn.

Family, what we continually give our hearts to will ultimately form us. May we remain consecrated to the One who alone is worthy of our worship.
