On Monday evening February 27, 2012 TDCD had its first inaugural service in the front room of Lead Pastor Gibson's parent's home- #50 Malcolm Road West. In attendance were eleven people including Rev. Gibson and his immediate family and Pastor Jeff and his immediate family. Meetings lasted for about an hour each Monday evening. Pastors would give an on-time word from the Lord and immediately follow
ing the women would provide a boxed meal for all. It was a quaint family loving God and continuing the ministry of Jesus Christ. Our meeting space then grew to encompass the entire front unit of the complex. Members were indoctrinated in the belief that God is true and everyone against Him is a liar. Love, discipline and faith were the fundamentals of this assembly and then we grew. In 2013 we commenced construction to expand the sanctuary and it was now able to comfortably seat fifty people, and by this time there were pastor's offices, and a kitchen. Monday meeting were changed to Sunday services and the congregation had a mind to work. We evangelized throughout each ear, and have been to waters of baptism three times-each time the presence of the Lord was felt even more powerfully than the previous time, and then we grew again. Our ministerial team grew to meet the demands of the work of the ministry, comprising now of Rev. Gibson,J.P., M.O (Lead Pastor), Rev. Jeffery Rolle (Executive Pastor), Rev. Victoria Burrows, Elder Clevette Gibson, Minister Kathy Kerr, Minister Florence Hepburn, Deacon Franson Aristil, Decon Keith Kerr, Deaconess Carmeka Gibson, Deaconess Jennifer Ordelus. All of them committed to advancing the kingdom of God, through this local assembly. In February 2016 we commenced construction on the auditorium we currently occupy. This time our renovation was extensive. We gutted, and added, carpeted and refurnished, Today our one-hundred and fifty seat state-of-the-art sanctuary is completed and we are grateful to God. Our member are committed to God through this local church and the leadership is firmly rooted in moving according to the will of God the Father and we are still growing. As we continue to serve God, through hard work, we have an emergent dance ministry, media team and usher team. We are also excited about the work of our vibrant Sunday school, and Women's and Men's ministry all as we continue the ministry of Jesus Christ.
