As we step into a brand-new month, remember Deuteronomy 9

God didn't bless Israel because they had it all together. He blessed them because of His covenant, His faithfulness, and His grace.

And that's the same for us today.

You don't have to have everything figured out to walk into this month with confidence. You don't have to be perfect, have all the answers, or know every step ahead.

Just trust the One who already has it all figured out.

As we begin June, remember: God's grace is greater than your mistakes, His mercy is bigger than your failures, and His promises are stronger than your fears.

Walk boldly into this month knowing that God is with you.

"Understand therefore, that the Lord thy God giveth thee not this good land to possess it for thy righteousness..." — Deuteronomy 9:6

Yesterday was such a special day at Shekinah Christian Ministries. We got to stop and really honor our mothers and it was everything. 🌸

These women show up, they pray, they give, they love hard — and sometimes they don't even realize how much they mean to this church family. Yesterday was just our way of saying we see you and we don't take you for granted.

If you were there, you already know. If you missed it, we wish you could have been with us.

She was the nurse when you were sick, the chef when you were hungry, the shoulder when you were crying and the one on her knees praying for you when you didn't even know you needed it.

She never asked for a title. She just showed up. Every single time.

Ephesians 6:4 places responsibility on fathers to raise children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. The word “nurture” implies tender, consistent care not occasional instruction but a sustained environment of Godly example.
