Morning ALL,
As I reflect this morning, my mind went on our students abroad. To be honest, today I felt like the I was neutral gear and the rest of the world was blurring by at 100 mph. You may get to the place where you feel like everything and everyone is on the move and you're stuck....then I started to encourage myself. I said, "Self, stand down." See the Bible admonish us to kill our flesh daily. That's the feeling I have is when Linrose is in control...what I then did was to place the control in God's hands and I am now standing still. To me standing still requires a lot more effort and energy, selflessness and patience. What I am now saying is that world may be moving at 100 mph but I am now waiting for direction from my God on where to go, what to do and how to do it. The difference is not moving but waiting.....wait on the Lord be of good courage He shall surely strengthen your heart, wait I say on the Lord.
To our students abroad, I pray especially for you today. You all being in a strange place, meaning not home, and not surrounded by the familiar....the God in the familiar in the God in the strange land...he will not leave nor forsake you so don't leave nor forsake Him. Love you all I was glad to get responses from a few of you. Hope we continue to keep connected.

Morning ALL
This is the day that the Lord had made, we ought to rejoice and be glad in it. It may not start out being a good day, but REJOICE. The challenges of the day may be overwhelming, but REJOICE. You may have commitments to meet by end of day, the day is not over yet.....REJOICE. In everything give thanks, in every situation; a real, true, genuine praise is a what you can offer to God today. The one who will keep, help and sustain you throughout this and every other day. So....REJOICE in the God of your salvation His has you in His hands and everything that concerns you.
So the thought for today is REJOICE!!!!!!!
HALLELUJAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
