Refúgio Brasil

Refúgio is a christian camp located 45 minutes north of Curitiba in Terra Boa, Brazil. Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ.

A large percentage of the population of Brazil is under the age of 16, so for us it all starts with the children and the teenagers of this part of Brazil.

We were able to have a group of kids from one of the local orphanages out to the camp to spend some time with the rescue dogs. A HUGE thanks to all of our supporters who make it possible for us to impact all these kids' lives. And a BIG thank you to all the donors that give to Refugio Animal Rescue as well. Not only are you changing an animal's life, you're helping us impact the lives of children as well!

Well, just wrapped-up another month. We’re finishing up the Winter and ready for the warmer temperatures. It’s actually been in the 30’s-low 50’s every day. May not sound that cold but when there’s no heat (in school, stores, homes!) it’s cold.
Kevin actually did all the teaching in August! Nice getting a break but excited about September! We’ll be talking the whole month on forgiveness. So, please pray for us. And, as always, thank you so much to everyone who makes this possible. Love you guys!

Glad to be back in Vila Zumbi. Just finished with our Winter break (we're on the other side of the equator, remember? haha) and the kids are excited about being back in class! Thanks to all of our supporters that make this possible. Love you guys!

THANK YOU! This year we’re able to continue discipling kids who graduated from the project last year. We’re now doing small group discipling with them once a week. It is so awesome to see that they still have the Bibles that we gave them last year! This is all because of our faithful supporters. We love and appreciate every one of you🙂

School is back in session after a long Carnival holiday week here in Brazil & we were so glad to be back with the kids sharing Jesus! A big thank you to all of our supporters for allowing us to share the Gospel here in Brazil. We love you guys!
