Every pastor preaches rest. Almost none of them take it.

Researchers asked pastors what would help burnout most. Top answers: a sabbatical and a role that fits their gifts. Then they asked what's hardest to actually do. Same two answers.

The cure is known. It's just the one thing the pastor can't schedule.

If you've pushed your rest back another year, or you know a pastor who keeps postponing it, tell us in the comments: how many days in a row did you go unplugged this year? 👇

The pastor listens to everyone. Who listens to the pastor?

29% of pastors say they have no one to confide in about their own stress. Almost one in three.

He takes the 2 a.m. call. He sits in the hospital room. He hears every confession. And when he gets home, there's no one to call.

If you've felt that, or you know a pastor carrying it alone, tell us in the comments. And if you can, tag him. 👇

There's a 22-year-old sitting in your church who wasn't there two years ago.

Religion is now "very important" to 42% of men aged 18 to 29, up from 28% a few years ago. And Gen Z churchgoers now attend almost twice a month, double the rate five years ago.

The experts said this generation was gone. They're in the pews. The question is what happens next.

If you've seen it in your church, or you know a pastor who has, tell us in the comments: what changed in your preaching? 👇

Two out of three pastors use AI for sermon prep. Almost none of them talk about it.

Adoption has held at 64% for two years straight. It's routine now. But 75% of church leaders still worry about theologically misaligned content, and most use it quietly.

Not a debate about whether. A question about where the line is.

If you've used it, or you know a pastor who does, tell us in the comments: where do you draw the line between help and replacement? 👇

One in four pastors thought about quitting last year.

In 2022 it was 42%. Today it's 24%. Researchers say the drop came from one thing: churches finally talking about mental health out loud.

But one in four is still one in four pulpits. Men who preach hope on Sunday and think about leaving on Monday.

If you've been in that number, or you know a pastor who has, tell us in the comments who kept you in. 👇

You don't doubt the calling. You doubt Monday.

Barna's new data says pastors feel more prepared and more confident in their calling than in years. Yet satisfaction with ministry dropped from 72% in 2015 to 52% today.

The reason isn't burnout or doubt. It's structure. Pastors aren't questioning why they serve. They're questioning what fills their week.

If that's you, or a pastor you know, tell us in the comments: which task feels least like ministry? 👇

Every pastor knows this Saturday night. 🕯️

A new survey found that half of American pastors say ministry stress has already cost them time with their family. And most of it happens at the same hour: Saturday night, Bible open, page blank, house asleep.

One Saturday night a week. Fifty-two a year.

If you've been there, or you know a pastor who lives this every Saturday, tell us in the comments. 👇

Every pastor knows this Saturday night. 🕯️

The Bible's open. The page is blank. The clock says 11:47. And the family already went to bed.

Not because you don't have the calling. Because the week ran out of hours.

We made this short film for every pastor who's been there. Watch till the end.

Be honest in the comments: what time did you finish your last sermon? 👇
