Shabat Especial – Yom Kipur (O Dia da Expiação)

Shalom,

Em decorrência do Yom Kipur (pôr do sol do dia 11 ao pôr do sol do dia 12), não teremos estudo tradicional da Parashá da Semana, nem transmissão de nossos serviços. O dia da expiação tem prioridade sobre o calendário das parashiôt, e sua importância é refletida na mudança da sequência tradicional para um dia de jejum e orações de arrependimento e súplicas pela graça do Eterno.

Aproveite o caráter único deste Yom Kipur e eleve com sua família e comunidade um clamor especial pela nação de Israel, pelos reféns ainda em cativeiro e pela derrota dos inimigos que negam aos judeus o direito de viverem e existirem em paz em seu país. Orem também pelas vítimas do furacão “Milton” que passou essa semana pela Flórida – EUA.

Assim, desejamos a todos um bom jejum e um profícuo Yom Kipur, sabendo que em Yeshua temos nossa redenção pessoal, mas é com intercessão e arrependimento que fomentaremos uma redenção coletiva de nossa nação e do povo do Eterno.

Que sejamos todos inscritos e selados no Livro da Vida pela obra de nosso Messias Yeshua!

Israel is an advanced country where most of the population is well-to-do. However, there are people that fall between the cracks. Without organizations and charities like Netivyah, these people would not be able to put food on their tables. Among the 130 needy families receiving our help are believers from many local congregations as well as non-believers referred by social workers.

Hamotzi provides each family with an average of:
-6 kg (13lb 4oz) of seasonal fruit and vegetables,
-3 dry good products from a wide selection of over fifty items .
-3 kg (6lb 9oz) of frozen meats, fish & poultry.
Every week each family selects the items that they need most.

Shalom dear friend,
It is with great joy and gratitude to G-d that we are celebrating 20 years of Ensinando de Siao (Teaching from Zion) Ministry in Brazil, a partnership with Netyviah Bible Instruction Ministry in Jersualem, headed by Joseph Shulam, one of the pioneers of Messianic Judaism in Israel.
Today, with the grace and mercy of G-d, we are a large family of individuals and local congregations devoted to restore the principles and values of the First Century Church. For the last 20 years we have worked towards the restoration of individual and families, the Church of Yeshua.
Our Ministry has expanded throughout Brazil and has crossed distant borders through live broadcasting of our services and teachings of the Word of G-d that take place in our Congregation Har Tzion, bringing together every Shabbat both Jews and Gentiles followers of Yeshua. Today we have thousands of registered members on TV SIAO website and on YouTube we surpassed two million views. Moreover, in our websites we have hundreds of teachings, biblical commentaries and over 20 books published by our Publishing Company AMES. All of this with a single purpose: to expand the Kingdom of G-d, working with the family of the L-rd (Jews and Gentiles) towards Tikkun olam (the restoration of the world).
An audacious project that today has more than 1,500 associates is ABRADJIN (Brazilian Association of Jewish Descendants from the Inquisition, founded in August of 2000). ABRADJIN is the creator and founder of the first Museum of the History of Inquisition in Brazil, which gathered over the past 3 years thousands and thousands of visitors, including students and scholars that are being taught about the risks and the results of religious intolerance. ABRADJIN has also successfully assisted its associates in the restoration of the Jewish Roots of their ancestors, throughout the recent Portuguese Law of Return, which is granting Portuguese Citizenship to Jewish descendants from the Inquisition. We hope that in the future Israel will also open her doors for these children of the Jewish people to return prophetically to their homeland, the land of their ancestors.
During all this time, the L-rd has blessed us and prospered us, for we have overcome many battles and difficulties. We can say “Ebenezer”: the Eternal One has helped us through our staff and supporters, all members of the great Har Tzion family.
Therefore, we are honored to invite you and your family to celebrate with us this special moment, in a Thanksgiving Service commemorating the 20th anniversary of Ministry which will be held on November 17th, at 7:45pm, at Har Tzion Congregation – Belo Horizonte, Brazil. As part of our work and ministry, we would feel honored by your presence!
