A typical trip to start 2-3 projects at a church costs about $500 for animals, materials and fuel. Individual animal costs are:
A goat ...........$50
A young pig....$40
A duck ...........$8
A rabbit .........$6
A guinea pig ...$2

Haven't posted on here in a while. We still do some living gifts, but not as much as before, but we have just started another farm in another location and so we may be getting back into it a bit more.
So far 4 cows and 4 piglets and a bunch of crops.
Thanks for praying for this endeavor.
Lord willing this project will be a help to the Gisuru School for the Deaf in the future.

Been working recently on trying to develop a healthy pasture on our property.
Livestock pasture management is almost non-existent here. Free roaming livestock contribute a lot to erosion and degradation of farmland.

So we are trying to figure out a sustainable way to be able to continue to herd them responsibly and not have to resort to stall feeding all our livestock.
Thankful that we finally have a large decent pasture!
