Children are the nation's leaders of tomorrow, and they are also the leaders of our churches of tomorrow. When children grow up knowing the Word of God, it makes a tremendous difference in their future and in the future of both the Church and the nation. It is with this vision in mind that EE Burundi regularly organizes evangelism training for children called "Hope for Kids," designed for children's teachers in local churches. The training equips them to teach children the Word of God effectively, so that as these children grow, they will know it deeply and share it with others. In this way, both the nation and the Church benefit from the hope borne by children transformed by the Word of God.

This is why, from July 14th to 17th, 30 children's teachers from different local churches of Baptist Union of Burundi in the Rutana region, received this training. They were greatly encouraged by how the sessions strengthened them and equipped them with better skills to teach children the Word of God.

We are deeply grateful to God for what He accomplished through this initiative sharpening the minds of children's teachers and providing them with teaching materials.

We encourage other churches interested in similar training to reach out to us, so that together we can partner in raising children in the Word of God.

Evangelism Explosion (EE) training for adults is currently underway at the Free Baptist Church of Burundi (EBLB) in Kayanza.

Twenty-six believers from 15 Free Baptist Church congregations in the Butanyerera area have come together to learn a one-on-one evangelism skills. The participants have shown remarkable enthusiasm for discovering God's Word and learning how to share the Gospel using the "Five Fingers" method ,Grace, Man, God, Christ, and Faith. They have especially enjoyed learning how to use this simple tool to guide a conversation about the Good News, recognizing it as both a powerful and practical way to reach others.

We ask you to keep us in your prayers, that this work may continue to bear fruit.

From Tuesday, July 7th to Friday, July 10th, Evangelism Explosion Burundi (EE Burundi) is conducting an evangelism training at BAGF (Burundi Assemblies of God Fellowship) Church in Muyinga, Gasenyi area.
This training follows the partnership agreement recently signed between BAGF and EE Burundi, aimed at strengthening collaboration in evangelism. The goal is to equip believers with practical, simple, and Word of God-centered teaching that will empower them to share the Gospel with others.
Please keep praying for this mission of equipping believers across the country in evangelism, that it may bear lasting fruit for the Kingdom.

The rest Jesus offers is not necessarily a break from all activity or a life free of trials. Instead, it is spiritual "soul-rest". It is the peace, relief, and forgiveness that come from trusting Jesus to handle the ultimate burdens of life, rather than relying on your own strength.
