Shalom beloved of Jesus. What empowers satan is the silence and irresponsibility of the carriers of God's truth who ignore that people follow what they see and hear. If the 7000 prophets had fought alongside Elijah, very likely the idols Baal and Asherah wouldn't have been exalted in Israel because it's inconceivable that Jezebel and the 850 false prophets could defeat such a great army of God, since even Elijah alone subdued them (1Kings 18:40). When the angel took the Apostles out of prison he didn't send them to a hideout but in the Temple to proclaim all the living words, since nothing can keep those filled with the Holy Spirit from witnessing, not even death (Acts 5:20)/71459282

Grace is the only power that can destroy the strongholds built by the devil to keep us from entering God's plans and as long as it's not yet manifested, we can't move forward no matter the strategy we implement. A certain young rich endeavored to keep the Law to access heaven but he failed for he didn't know that Moses' era was over so as to take hold of the grace and truth brought by our Lord Jesus Christ (John 1:16). That's why Paul never exalted himself above the other apostles even though he did more than his predecessors, since he understood that it was not about him but the grace of God which was at work in him (1Corinthians 15:10)/71459282

Angels are spirits that are sent to protect the heirs of salvation but we need to remember that they're not like mere humans who can side with wrongdoers, which means that our waywardness makes them jobless since they become unresponsive to our orders. I don't think that Daniel made any specific prayer but the reason why an angel joined him in the den and stopped the mouths of lions is because he was an innocent man with no sin before God and before the king (Daniel 6:22). Jesus has disclosed the secret which kept the Father from ever forsaking Him or leaving Him alone, namely that He always did what was well-pleasing to Him (John 8:29)/ 71459282
