Silas Benn ,Founder &N.D of YMI was teaching about Time management for youth.
He said:"Time is one of the most precious resources we have; and once it’s gone, we can't get it back.As young people , learning how to manage time
well is not just about being busy, it’s about being intentional and
productive with your life"

He proposes Practical Tips for Managing Time:

-Be accountable: Share your plan with someone who can encourage you.

-Set clear goals:What do you want to achieve this week /month

-Rest wisely:Take time to rest and recharge,avoid burnout.

-Limit distractions:Identify what wastes your time and reduce it.

-Use a schedule: Plan your day in blocks: school, study, rest, prayer, fun.

-Prioritize tasks: Use a to-do list or planner. Handle the most important tasks first.
He ends up the lesson by saying "Ask God to help you being a good steward of your time"
