Two men walked into the temple to pray, but only one walked out justified.

​The story of the Pharisee and the tax collector in Luke 18 serves as a powerful reminder that God isn't looking at our religious performance—He’s looking at the condition of our hearts.

​Spiritual pride causes us to measure our worth against the flaws of others while ignoring our own need for grace. But humility isn't just about putting on an outward display that people admire—it’s about cultivating a heart that is truly willing to be humble before God. True transformation begins when we drop the pretense, surrender our self-righteousness, and rely entirely on His mercy rather than our own merit.

​God resists the proud, but He draws near to the brokenhearted and contrite.

​Today, we celebrate not just a leader, but a true shepherd whose genuine love, quiet faithfulness, and deep obedience to God overflow into everything you do for us. Your life is such a beautiful reflection of His grace.

Removing the mask of performance is exhausting, but true grace meets us in our weakest, most honest moments.

​Jesus consistently rejected hypocrisy and the pretense of hiding who we really are. He didn't come for those who pretend to be healthy on the outside—He came for the broken, the hurting, and the honest sinners in need of redemption.

​Real breakthrough happens when we stop hiding behind a persona. As Proverbs 28:13 reminds us, concealing our struggles keeps us stuck, but confessing them opens the door to God’s unlimited mercy.

​True community and spiritual strength aren't built on looking like you have it all together; they are built on the humility to say, "I need help." Stepping out from behind the mask takes courage, but you have nothing to fear. You are only as strong as you are honest, and lasting freedom waits on the other side of truth.

​Stop pretending. Drop the mask, embrace the truth, and step into grace today.

True worship isn’t about trying to earn God’s love, blessings, or attention. We worship because we have already received His love. It is our heartfelt response to His unconditional love.

Romans 12:1 calls us to offer our bodies as a living sacrifice. While it’s easy to offer our hearts or words in prayer, submitting our physical actions, habits, and daily choices to God requires real sacrifice. True sacrifice requires laying down our natural, carnal desires so the Spirit within us can rise.

Worship isn’t just a one-day-a-week routine while we live on our own terms the rest of the time. God doesn’t just want our service, plans, or ambitions…​HE WANTS US- the entirety of who we are🙏🤍

Let’s move beyond empty worship and offer Him our entire lives.
