Obedience to God may require going against others’ advice, even godly advice. The believers’ warnings were sincere, but Paul believed he was obeying God's call, even if it meant suffering.

Sometimes, you must follow conviction over comfort, even when others who love you disagree.

Jesus calls believers to:
Remember the depth of their earlier love and devotion.
Repent of neglecting that relationship.
Return to the practices and mindset they had when their love was fresh and sincere.

Our 3 day church revival has come to a powerful close, and what a glorious time it was! Hearts were touched, lives were transformed, and every soul was blessed and anointed. We were especially uplifted by the soul stirring ministration from our choir, whose voices truly ushered in the presence of God. This was more than just an event, it was a divine encounter!

As Christians, we are called to persevere in faith even when the journey is long and difficult, just as Joseph and Moses did. Joseph was betrayed by his brothers, sold into slavery, and imprisoned unjustly, yet he never gave up on God's promises. In the end, he rose to power in Egypt and saved many lives, including his own family. Similarly, Moses faced rejection, exile, and overwhelming opposition, but he trusted God and led the Israelites out of slavery through perseverance and obedience. Their stories remind us that God's timing is perfect and His plans are always greater than our struggles. When we feel discouraged, we must hold onto our faith, knowing that God is working behind the scenes to bring about His purpose in our lives.

Luke 7:4. This verse shows that genuine respect and kindness can bridge cultural and religious divides. Although the centurion was a Roman and an outsider, his compassion and support for the Jewish people earned their admiration. His actions teach us that true respect goes beyond words—it involves selfless deeds that uplift others. When we treat people with dignity and kindness, regardless of their background, it builds trust, opens hearts, and can lead to unexpected blessings and unity.
