OUR BELIEFS
This is what we believe. We believe that the Bible is the Holy Spirit inspired Word of God, and that this can be used to keep us on the path that God has destined us to walk on and help us live a fulfilled purposeful life. “16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,” 2 Timothy 3:16
We believe Worshiping our God
in Spirit and in truth, that we need to praise Him with all that we are and we have within us (John 4:24 & Mark 12 :30). We praise Him with music and song, with instruments
With thanks giving , dancing and the clapping and raising of our hands (Psalms 150:1-6 134:2;47:2 & Ephesians 5:19-20). We believe in an eternal God with no beginning and no end. He is all powerful, omniscient and all knowing. We are convinced of God’s Godliness. He is the one and the only true God which made Himself known as the Father of ALL creation, as the beloved Son for our Salvation and as the Holy Spirit in the renewal. (Deuteronomy 6:4, 1 Corinthians 8:6, Ephesians 4:6, 2 Corinthians 5:19, Joel 2:28, Titus 3:5). We believe in the Son of God. We mean by this that God clothed Himself in the human form to walk, talk and live amongst us as Jesus Christ. He is the way the truth and the Life; no one can come to the Father but through Him. (1 Timothy 3:16, John 1:11; 14, Colossians 2:9, Philippians 2:5-9, 1 Timothy 2:5, John 14:6). We believe in Salvation due to what Jesus did on the Cross, we are saved by His Grace and Mercy thanks to faith. This is not of ourselves but a Gift from God. (Ephesians 2:8-9). We believe in confessing and repentance of sins. Repentance meaning a change of heart, soul, mind and vision, a complete transformation if you will through the power of God and the name of Jesus Christ (Luke 24:47; 13:3; Acts 2:37-38 3:19 romans 10:9)
We believe in baptism by submission in water in the Name of Jesus Christ. The baptism is a symbol of true repentance and symbolizes the rebirth. (Acts 2:38; 8:16; 10:48; 19:5; Romans 6:3-4; Mark 16:15-16). We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, as it happened on the day of Pentecost. John the Baptist said in Matthew 3:11 “I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with[b] the Holy Spirit and fire". Jesus said in Acts 1:5 ”5 For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.” Paul says in Acts 2:4 ” 4 all of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.” We believe that this baptism is still available to us today (Joel 3:1; acts 2:38-39; 10:46; 19:6)
