ভূমিকা:বৌদ্ধ ধর্ম প্রচারে অগ্রণী ভূমিকা পালনকারী শ্রীমৎ শীলাভদ্র মহাথেরো ৩১ মে ২০২৫ তারিখে রংপুর বিভাগের অন্যতম ধর্মীয় প্রতিষ্ঠান হিরোয়েশি জে এস ফুকুই বৌদ্ধ বিহার পরিদর্শন করেন। এই বিহারটি রংপুর সিটি কর্পোরেশনের ৩১ নং ওয়ার্ড, উত্তর শেখপাড়া এলাকায় অবস্থিত।
উদ্দেশ্যএই পরিদর্শনের মূল উদ্দেশ্য ছিল:
- বিহারের ধর্মীয় ও সাংগঠনিক কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণ করা
- দায়ক-দায়িকাদের সাথে মতবিনিময়
- বৌদ্ধ ধর্মের সম্প্রসারণ ও ভবিষ্যৎ পরিকল্পনা নিয়ে আলোচনা
- ওঁরা আদিবাসী সম্প্রদায়ের ধর্মীয় অবস্থান সম্পর্কে অবগত হওয়া
উপস্থিত ব্যক্তিবর্গপরিদর্শনকালে উপস্থিত ছিলেন:
- শ্রীমৎ শীলাভদ্র মহাথেরো, প্রতিষ্ঠাতা সভাপতি
- রুবেল ধানোয়ার, সভাপতি, হিরোয়েশি জে এস ফুকুই বৌদ্ধ বিহার
- বিমল খালকে, সাধারণ সম্পাদক
- বিহার কমিটির অন্যান্য নেতৃবৃন্দ
- স্থানীয় দায়ক-দায়িকা ও ওঁরা আদিবাসী সম্প্রদায়ের ধর্মানুরাগী জনগণ।
বিষয়বস্তু ও আলোচনা: পরিদর্শনকালে মহাথেরো মহাশয় ওঁরা সম্প্রদায়ের ভূমিকার প্রশংসা করেন এবং বিহার প্রতিষ্ঠা ও ধর্মীয় কার্যক্রমে তাঁদের সক্রিয় অংশগ্রহণকে স্বীকৃতি দেন। তিনি বলেন, এই অঞ্চলে বৌদ্ধ ধর্মের প্রচারে ওঁরা জনগোষ্ঠীর ভূমিকা অনস্বীকার্য।এছাড়া বিহারের ভবিষ্যৎ উন্নয়ন পরিকল্পনা, যুবকদের ধর্মীয় শিক্ষায় সম্পৃক্তকরণ, এবং একটি ছোট ধর্মীয় পাঠাগার স্থাপনের প্রস্তাব নিয়ে আলোচনা হয়।
উপসংহার: শ্রীমৎ শীলাভদ্র মহাথেরোর এই পরিদর্শন ওঁরা আদিবাসী সম্প্রদায় এবং স্থানীয় বৌদ্ধ ধর্মাবলম্বীদের মধ্যে নতুন আশার সঞ্চার করেছে। বিহার কমিটি এই উদ্যোগকে আন্তরিকভাবে স্বাগত জানিয়েছে এবং ভবিষ্যতে নিয়মিতভাবে এরকম ধর্মীয় ও সাংগঠনিক কর্মসূচি গ্রহণের প্রতিশ্রুতি ব্যক্ত করেছে।

Introduction
On May 31, 2025, Most Venerable Shilabhadra Mahathero, a leading figure in the propagation of Buddhism, visited one of the prominent religious institutions in the Rangpur Division, the Hiroeshi JS Fukui Buddhist Monastery. This monastery is located in Ward 31, Uttar Shekpara, Rangpur City Corporation.
Purpose
The main purposes of this visit were:
To observe the religious and organizational activities of the monastery
To engage in discussions with the dayaka-dayika (lay supporters)
To discuss the expansion of Buddhism and future plans
To learn about the religious involvement of the Oraon indigenous community.
