#ধার্মিকতার_ভিত্তি
রোমীয় ৫: ১-৫

১বিশ্বাসের মধ্য দিয়েই আমাদের নির্দোষ বলে গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে আর তার ফলেই প্রভু যীশু খ্রীষ্টের মধ্য দিয়ে ঈশ্বর ও আমাদের মধ্যে শান্তি হয়েছে।
২ ঈশ্বরের এই যে দয়ার পথে এখন আমরা চলছি সেখানে আমরা খ্রীষ্টের মধ্য দিয়ে বিশ্বাসের দ্বারাই পৌঁছেছি। ঈশ্বরের মহিমা পাবার আশায় আমরা আনন্দ বোধ করছি।
৩ কেবল তা-ই নয়, দুঃখ-কষ্টের মধ্যেও আমরা আনন্দ বোধ করছি, কারণ আমরা জানি দুঃখ-কষ্টের ফল ধৈর্য,
৪ ধৈর্যের ফল খাঁটি স্বভাব এবং খাঁটি স্বভাবের ফল আশা।
৫ এই আশা আমাদের লজ্জায় ফেলে না, কারণ ঈশ্বর তাঁর দেওয়া পবিত্র আত্মার দ্বারা আমাদের অন্তর তাঁরই ভালবাসা দিয়ে পূর্ণ করেছেন।
