প্রভুর আত্মা আমাতে অধিষ্ঠান করেন, কারণ তিনি আমাকে অভিষিক্ত করিয়াছেন, দরিদ্রদের কাছে সুসমাচার প্রচার করিবার জন্য; তিনি আমাকে প্রেরণ করিয়াছেন, বন্দিগণের কাছে মুক্তি প্রচার করিবার জন্য, অন্ধদের কাছে চক্ষুদান প্রচার করিবার জন্য, উপদ্রুতদিগকে নিস্তার করিয়া বিদায় করিবার জন্য।

যোহন লিখিত সুসমাচার। 14: 11 আমার কথায় বিশ্বাস কর যে, আমি পিতাতে আছি এবং পিতা আমাতে আছেন; আর না হয়, সেই সকল কার্য্য প্রযুক্তই বিশ্বাস কর।
12 সত্য, সত্য, আমি তোমাদিগকে বলিতেছি, যে আমাতে বিশ্বাস করে, আমি যে সকল কার্য্য করিতেছি, সেও করিবে, এমন কি, এ সকল হইতেও বড় বড় কার্য্য করিবে; কেননা আমি পিতার নিকটে যাইতেছি;
14 যদি আমার নামে আমার কাছে কিছু যাচ্ঞা কর, তবে আমি তাহা করিব।
