رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا

রাব্বানা-হাবলানা-মিন আঝওয়া-জিনা-ওয়া যুররিইইয়া-তিনা কুররাতা আ‘ইউনিওঁ ওয়াজ‘আলনা-লিলমুত্তাকীনা ইমা-মা-।

মোনাজাতের অর্থ: হে আমাদের প্রতিপালক! আমাদেরকে এমন স্ত্রী ও সন্তানাদি দান কর যারা আমাদের চোখ জুড়িয়ে দেয় আর আমাদেরকে মুত্তাকীদের নেতা বানিয়ে দাও।”

একটি হারিয়ে যাওয়া সুন্নত
সালাতুল ইস্তিসকা। বৃষ্টিপ্রার্থনার নামাজ। বহু নবী রাসূলের কৃত একটি আমল। যখনই তারা অনাবৃষ্টির সম্মুখীন হতেন, খোলা ময়দানে একসাথে জড়ো হয়ে এই নামাজ পড়তেন। ইস্তিসকার নামাজে সবাই একসাথে বৃষ্টির জন্য দুআ করে। খুতবা থাকে, যেখানে মানুষকে গুনাহ ও যুলুম- অত্যাচার থেকে তাওবা করার আহ্বান করা হয়। সাওম পালন, দান-সদকা করা এবং ঝগড়া-ঝাটি পরিহার করার আহ্বান করা হয়। কেননা গুনাহ অনুর্বরতা ও অনুৎপাদনের কারণ, যেমনিভাবে আল্লাহর আনুগত্য কল্যাণ ও বরকতের কারণ।
বহুদিন পর হারিয়ে যাওয়া ইস্তিসকার আমলটি আজ অনুষ্ঠিত হতে দেখা গেল ঢাকার একটি মসজিদে। মিরপুর ডিওএইচএস-এর সেই মসজিদে আজ যোহরের নামাজের পর মুসল্লিরা খোলা আকাশের নিচে একত্র হয়। উত্তপ্ত রোদে দুই রাকাত নামাজ পড়ে দুআ করে। বৃষ্টির জন্য মহান আল্লাহর কাছে কাঁদতে থাকে সবাই। আশা করা যায় আল্লাহ তাঁর বান্দাদের ডাক শুনবেন। রহমতের বারি বর্ষণ করে প্রশান্ত করবেন প্রতিটি প্রাণ।
এমন একটি সুন্নত আমল জাগ্রত করার জন্য মসজিদ কমিটিকে জানাই অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ।
