The most powerful and recommended dua for Laylatul Qadr (the Night of Power) is to seek Allah’s forgiveness, as taught by Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) to Aisha [RA]:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
"Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbul 'afwa fa'fu 'anni"

"O Allah, indeed You are Pardoning, You love to pardon, so pardon me".
