Hussain-A.S. Trust Imam-Bargah Halishahar Chattogram The trust is built by Mr. Azhar Hossain on 2nd March 2021. Also is an official Shia mosque in Chittagong for preaching and prayers. Ashfaq Hossain(His nephew) .

As per the declaration, the trust is built for commemorating the 14 infallible(AS) including the prophet Muhammad(SA). Founded and established by Mr.Akhter Hossain for Isna Ashari Shia as a religious Muslim organization for Prayers(Salah), Mournings, and Celebrations regarding the death and birth ceremony of 14 infallible including Prophet Mohammad(SA) or Masoomeen(AS). 9/03/1993 amount 65000/- as per documents by filing case(Chittagong district judge) and later registered from Halishahar H/E in the name of Mr. Further in 2000s, the complex(4 storeyed) solely funded by Mr. Akhter Hossain built that also includes a mosque and madrasa for regular 5 times congressional prayers including Jumuah(Friday prayer) and preaching (religious education such as the Quran, Hadiths, etc. ) periodically.
