EPIPHANY 2024

We invite you to join us on Sunday 7 January 2024 for the Annual Blessing of the Waters. This combined event for our Parishes and Communities across Sydney, will be taking place at Carss Bush Park (at the point), Carwar Avenue, Carss Park.
Officiated by His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia, the Holy Cross will be cast into the water for the many young people there to retrieve it. The Service will commence at 1.00 pm.

Afterwards, all can enjoy the Annual Epiphany Greek Festival throughout the park.

A celebratory Dinner on the occasion of our Archbishop’s Name Day on 19 January 2024

On the occasion of His Name Day, a celebratory Dinner in honour of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia will be held in Sydney on Friday, 19 January 2024, the day our Church commemorates Saint Makarios the Great, the Patron Saint of His Eminence.
The celebratory Dinner will be hosted at Le Montage function centre in Lilyfield. Proceeds from the participants’ donations will go towards the renovations of the Holy Cathedral of the Annunciation of Our Lady in Redfern.
