Worship on Sunday focused on Matthew 9:9–13 where Jesus calls Matthew and then sits at the table with tax collectors and sinners. His table is a place of mercy, grace, welcome, and new beginning. Jesus calls us to sit at his table.

Yesterday at Jumping Joeys Playgroup we had Barang Regional Alliance - Connected Beginnings yagunda baranggu. Who work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children 0 to 5 age group. It was fabulous.

Trinity Sunday- go out be Disciples. Model your lives on Jesus. Pray, share, love one another. Do what Jesus would did - Go all places like a message in a bottle. Share and demonstrate God's love.

Pure religion is not just what we believe, it is how we love.

James 1:27 reminds us that true faith is seen in compassion, care, and holiness:
to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep ourselves unstained from the world.

As a faith community, we are called to reflect God’s love in practical ways caring for the vulnerable, welcoming the lonely, and living differently because of Christ.

The Joy of the Harvest!

With deep gratitude, we celebrate a beautiful season of partnership, growth, and new beginnings.

For five years, the New Growth Ministry was nurtured through shared worship, faithful prayer, generous support, and the loving partnership of our Gosford family. What began as a small seed has grown into the Wyoming Faith Community, a new, distinct, and flourishing community.

This is not separation, but multiplication.
Not the end of a story, but the beginning of a new chapter.

We give thanks for the shared soil, the deep roots, and the faithful tending that have brought us to this harvest season.

As Wyoming Faith Community begins this new stage, our prayer is to continue growing as an intercultural and intergenerational faith community in Christ, reflecting God’s love to our neighbourhood.

“I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow.” — 1 Corinthians 3:6

Worship on Sunday at Wyoming Uniting Church Faith Community focused on. John 17:14-16 where Jesus is praying for the people. He knows that there will always be a 'Gap'- a challenge, a difference. We need to listen to him and do follow what he says on how to live our lives. Love one another and not be tempted to do wrong. .

What a beautiful moment in worship last Sunday!
We were also blessed by a Zimbabwean family sharing a traditional song with our faith community. It was a joyful reminder that God’s family is beautifully intercultural and intergenerational.

At Wyoming Faith Community, we celebrate the gifts, stories, cultures, and faith of every generation as we grow together in Christ.

Join us for WFC Children’s Sunday Worship 2026 as we celebrate Fakamē (White) and worship together as children of God.

This Sunday’s theme is “Shine Together”, with children’s procession, family performances, Bible memorisation, group song, Tongan blessing, and morning tea.
