Whether this is your first time to step foot in a Church or you’ve been a part of Christian community your whole life – you will be welcomed here with a smile, friendly handshake, or even a hug (if you want one!). A PLACE TO BELIEVE. Our Sunday mornings are simple in form: centred on God’s grace and driven by God’s word. From singing songs, to praying to God, to learning from God’s Word…we focus on what matters most in this life. Our prayer is that you will find a safe space to learn about, explore, and share your journey to and with God. A SAFE PLACE TO BRING YOUR KIDS. We believe that children are not just the future of the Church, they ARE the Church. From 0 to 13 we offer programs tailor-made for whatever age your young ones are. Pouring into the next generation is something we are wholeheartedly passionate about. This is not childcare – this is a specific Church gathering for our young people. A PLACE TO ASK QUESTIONS. Our Sunday service is a great entry point for someone who is seeking, sceptical, or curious. Doubt is not the absence of faith; it is a part of the substance of it. We all have questions – and you will find a safe space to explore, ask, and have those questions answered. Regardless of who you are, where you came from or where you are going, you are welcome. Here's a quick overview of our church. HBC was founded in 1995 with the vision of Loving People, Reaching Them with the Gospel and Growing Together. Our mission is to lead people into an authentic, life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. We accept people right where they are. No one here is perfect, and no one is expected to be. We want to point people to Jesus and help them take their next step in their relationship with Him. For us, 'church' is not just a weekend event. We seek to connect and support one another throughout the week. Our church family reaches beyond the church walls, reaching and connecting through streamed Sunday messages and links on our website.
