๐Ÿ”ฅ YOUTH LEADERS CHECKPOINT ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Last Saturday, youth leaders from across the diocese gathered in Rosemeadow for a day of formation, ministry training, collaboration and plenty of laughs. We were blessed to be led by the incredible Sydney Youth Mission Team, who challenged and equipped our leaders to continue building thriving youth ministries in their local communities.

It was fantastic to have leaders representing West Wollongong, Corrimal, Nowra, Macquarie Fields, Ingleburn and Rosemeadow all in the one room - sharing ideas, encouraging one another, and dreaming big for what God wants to do through young people in our diocese.

Moments like these remind us that we are part of something much bigger than our individual ministries. There is a growing network of passionate leaders committed to helping young people encounter Christ and find a place of belonging in the Church.

A huge thank you to everyone who gave up their Saturday to invest in the next generation. ๐Ÿ™Œ

Each of us is called to be a missionary - not just in far-off places, but right where we are. This retreat is an opportunity to explore what that looks like in a real, practical way.

Weโ€™re excited to be joined by the staff at NET Ministries Australia & New Zealand, who will lead us through what it means to develop a mission mindset in todayโ€™s world.

Young Adults (18+) and Year 11/12 students (Saturday only)
