🌳♥️ Zacchaeus presumed that because of his lifestyle, he wouldn’t be in Jesus’ inner circle. But he was curious. Curious enough to try and catch a glimpse of him from a safe distance up a tree.

But to Zacchaeus’ surprise (and everyone else’s), Jesus stopped, looked up, and invited himself into his home.

Jesus didn't wait for Zacchaeus to clean up his life first. The welcome came before the change - and the change followed because of it.

As we continue our Given to Hospitality series, we're reminded of the call in Romans 12:13 to "practice hospitality."

Hospitality is more than opening our homes. It's opening our lives to others as Christ has welcomed us 🤍🏠

📦❤️ A simple shoebox can make an eternal difference.

This October, we're collecting shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. Filled with toys, school supplies, and hygiene items, these gifts become a tangible expression of God's love to children around the world.

Pick up a shoebox from the foyer, pack it with care, and return it to the Church Auditorium by 25 October!

Join us this Sunday at 9:30am as we continue exploring what it means for Jesus to be our gracious host 🙌See you there!

Have you ever been told “no”, but kept asking anyway?

A Gentile mother did exactly that, pressing Jesus for her daughter's healing even when the answer seemed to be closing the door on her.

She knew that Jesus’ power was so great that all she needed was a ‘crumb’. Because of her faith and persistence, she was rewarded.

Are you persisting in faith for something this week?

Come and join us this Sunday at 9.30am as we continue in our series on hospitality, and we get to know Jesus as our Gracious Host.
