There's still time to visit the SALA Festival Time & Tide exhibition at Bethany Hall, Willunga Uniting Church and see the fantastic artwork made by the Willunga Messy Church community. The exhibition is open each weekend in August 1-4pm.

Messy Church is on again this Sunday the 23rd of August 4-6pm.
With spring right around the corner we will be exploring the awe and wonder of God's creation of our beautiful world 🌼💐🌷🌻

In June we created art based on the story of Jesus calming the storm. Today, the art works will be on display as part of the Time & Tide Exhibition at the Willunga Uniting Church. The opening is at 2pm today. Come along and have a look at everything on display 💕🎉

With the Willunga Almond Blossom Festival on this weekend, Messy Church is keeping it super casual this month with a relaxed Movie Night!

BRING - A pillow/comfy blanket & your favourite snacks (we’ll supply the popcorn! 🍿)

Big winds, giant waves, and a special art project! ⛵

Our next Messy Church is coming up this Sunday (28th June), and we are diving into one of the most exciting stories of all - the time Jesus calmed a storm.

Alongside our theme, we have a very exciting project this month. We will be creating beautiful artwork based on the theme "Time and Tide," which will be officially displayed at the SALA Festival later this year! Come along and get your hands messy to help create something special for our community display.

Here’s what we have  planned: 

🎨 Create your own storm painting to be on display for SALA

🎨 Working together to create a collage to display at SALA

✨ Sensory Ocean Bottles - create your own calm down jar to take home. 

⛵ Alfoil Boat Building - build a boat, load it with pom pom passengers, and see if it can survive a straw powered storm! 

At 5:00 pm, we’ll head over to the church hall to learn more about the story and then we'll gather together for a delicious dinner of fish fingers at 5:30 pm! 🐟

We can't wait to see you there! ❤️

Messy Church is on this Sunday, 24th May, from 4pm - 6pm at Willunga Uniting Church.
We have some fun activities in store as we explore Ephesians 6 and the Armour of God. Together, we'll be making our own:

🍿 Messy Church Movie Night! 🎬

Ever noticed how kids’ activities seem to disappear right when the school holidays arrive? That’s usually the exact moment parents need something to do the most! So we’re keeping the fun going with a Messy Church Movie Night.

📅 Sunday, April 26
⏰ 4:00pm – 6:00pm
📍 Willunga Uniting Church – Bethany Hall

We’ll be showing a G or PG rated movie, perfect for the whole family. Popcorn is on us, and while the event is completely free, we’ll have a donation bowl if you’d like to chip in.

🛋 What to bring:
Bring a pillow, beanbag, or your favourite cozy blanket to lounge on.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Who’s invited:
Everyone! This is a whole-family event, so bring the neighbours too.

Come relax, let the kids unwind, and enjoy a movie together. We can’t wait to see you there! ✨
