At Trinity Southern Baptist Church, we don’t offer child care during our worship services because we believe children belong in church with their families.

👏Lately, we’ve had a few concerns about children being loud during worship, so effective immediately we wanted to make our policy clear: children are welcome here. 🙌

Their laughter, whispers, and even the occasional cry aren’t distraction but we believe they’re the sound of a church that’s alive, growing, and investing in the next generation. 🎉

The Willunga Almond Blossom Festival is one of South Australia’s longest-running community festivals, celebrating more than 50 years. It marks the beautiful almond blossom season and is held each winter at Willunga Recreation Park on the Fleurieu Peninsula. 

📅 2026 Dates
• Saturday 25 July: 11:00 am – 9:00 pm
• Sunday 26 July: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm 

What you can enjoy:
• 🌸 Stunning almond blossoms around Willunga.
• 🎡 Show rides and family entertainment.
• 🐪 Camel rides and a petting animal nursery.
• 🎪 Circus performers and children’s shows.
• 🎵 Live local music.
• 🛍️ Market stalls featuring local products and crafts.
• 🍔 Food trucks plus local wine and beer.
• 🥧 Almond-themed cookery competition and cooking demonstrations.
• 🥜 Meet local almond growers and watch the almond cracking competition.
• 🎆 A spectacular fireworks display on Saturday at 7:00 pm (weather permitting). 

If you want to make a day of it, the organisers also provide self-drive and picnic maps to help visitors find some of the region’s best almond blossom displays around Willunga. 

It’s a fantastic family day out and one of the Fleurieu Peninsula’s most popular winter events, combining local produce, entertainment and the beauty of the almond trees in bloom.
