⚔️❄️ WINTERFEST 2026 ❄️⚔️

Set sail with us for wild adventures on the high seas! 🛶
Over three action-packed days, kids will complete quests, play awesome games, create incredible Viking gear, and explore Bible stories as we discover whether the good King can defeat the dragon 🐉👑

📅 Tuesday 14 – Thursday 16 July

📍 St Matts West Pennant Hills

Winterfest is for all kids in Kindy–Year 6 — no church background or Bible knowledge needed. Children from all cultures and beliefs are warmly welcome 💛

☕ Parents are invited to stay after drop-off for a free barista-made coffee!

Last weekend at St Matts we celebrated and honoured mums and mother figures in our church family💙

It was a chance to say thank you for the love, care, strength, and countless unseen moments that so often go into family life.

Whether the day felt joyful, complicated, or somewhere in between, we were grateful to be together and to share it as a church community.

What an encouraging evening celebrating the commencement of our new Senior Minister, Rev Chris Donald, at our service on 5 May.

We’re so thankful for Chris and his family as they begin this new chapter at St Matts, and we’re excited for all that God has in store for our church community.

A big thank you as well to Rev David Tyndall for faithfully serving as Interim Rector over this past season. We’re incredibly grateful for his wisdom, care, and leadership during the transition.
