โข Political parties openly attacking the Muslim community
โข 30-40% of Victorian Muslims face food insecurity - potentially 100,000+ people
โข Muslim children are twice as likely to live below the poverty line
โข A 1000%+ rise in Islamophobic incidents in Victoria in the past year
โข New arrivals, single mothers and the elderly slipping through the cracks
But it doesn't have to be this way - by the grace of Allah (SWT), we can change it.
That's exactly what the ICV exists to do - every single day.
As the peak body for 300,000+ Victorian Muslims, we see and respond to these realities daily - advocacy, welfare programs, and support across the state. A small, tight-knit team makes it all run.
That's the team we're inviting you to join. We're opening a few Operations Support Volunteer roles for capable Muslims - especially university students - working alongside ICV staff and volunteers, supercharging our operations, and serving Allah (SWT) through work that benefits thousands.

Who we're looking for:
โข University students preferred - other capable applicants welcome
โข Able to commit 2-4 days per week
โข Generally available weekdays, 9-5
โข Based in Victoria
