What am I doing as God’s servant in this world?
Am I a loving servant?
Where is my mission field?

Are we happy people who do NOT worry!

We are happy
So…
1. Where is my mission field?
2. How do I help those around me - my family, my neighbours and my friends?
3. What does 1 Corinthians 13 have to do with being God’s loving servant?
Do we come to church each week, listen and go home and nothing changes?
Stop being luke warm and waiting for something to happen!
Do we DO, or do we just talk?

Humble, loving service!
Don’t judge, criticise or make anyone feel unworthy
We are all sinners
We are to work together as a unified team!
Our church is our mission field but it isn’t our major mission… Our families are!
Philippians 4:4-7
Be an active, empathetic listener.
Invest time in your family.
Address their needs, build a relationship.
Be gentle, kind, humble, meek, patient, forgive!
Philippians 2:5-8
Do you come across as a happy, loving person?
Nothing is more beneficial to the spreading of the Gospel than a loving and lovable Christian!
Show - don’t tell!
Colossians 4:6
How well do you know your neighbours?
Take the time to get to know people and what’s happening in their lives.
When they trust you, they’re more receptive.
Find commonality first - Build bridges, not walls
Step outside your comfort zone
Reduce distraction
Practice hospitality
Invest in knowing people
Smile
Engage your neighbourhood
Pray daily
Pray to display happiness, humility, patience
Pray for family, friends, neighbours and opportunities
Listen, listen, listen!!!
We all need to start today…
Stop worrying
Start loving
Be content
Be happy!
